Anyone can visit the continent. There are no territories. You can travel anywhere in Antarctica.

with good reason. no unauthorised access to the entire continent and surrounding waterways

That is nothing to do with hiding things when the scientific community they are there for the purpose of actually finding stuff. It's one of those arguments based on pure speculation and should be accompanied by some sort of dramatic music. It's also that thing about absence of evidence is not evidence of absense - it's speculation through a legitimate restriction. I for one am glad that the masses are not ferried in in buses with McDonalds and Kentucky joints all over the place!

Hmm, seems like you are refusing to accept things and want to play games. How about the official line? Certainly clarifies the access issue and the fact that people are going there in significant numbers:

Antarctic Tourism - Antarctic and Southern Ocean Coalition (asoc.org)

CURRENT TOURISM ISSUES

What makes Antarctica a particular concern is that there is no regulation of tourism at present. Apart from an obligation to conduct prior Environmental Impact Assessments - which tourism operators are required to do - there is essentially no constraint on where you can go, what you can do, and how many of you can do it.

The practical consequence of this is that tourism is already exerting pressures on the Antarctic environment, and the increasing commercial interest is changing the nature of the Antarctic political regime.

Tourism operators have good intentions. Our case is not that there should be a prohibition of Antarctic tourism. It is a legitimate activity. But its legitimacy is contingent. Tourism must be subject to some constraints, and it must not compromise Antarctica's established designation as a natural reserve, devoted to peace and science. If it is not to become a destructive facet of human activity in Antarctica, it cannot increase endlessly and it has to accept some limits on the types and locations of activities.

The Endurance has been found after 107 years

9 March 2022

Shackleton's lost ship is FOUND: Endurance is discovered at the bottom of Antarctica's Weddell Sea, 107 years after it sank – and it's still in remarkable condition

The Daily Mail is using this photo and if you read my comment on page 4 it was allegedly a fake. Now why would they do that?

Endurance was one of two ships used by the Imperial Trans-Antarctic expedition of 1914–1917, which hoped to make the first land crossing of the Antarctic. Pictured: a photograph of the vessel stuck in pack ice taken in the October of 1915, a few weeks before she sank45053309-10593291-Endurance_was_one_of_t

Dear Mrs Rothschild,

On the eve of my departure from this sub-antarctic island for the polar ice, I dictate this farewell line to once more thank you for the great assistance you have given this expedition and to assure you that all we can do to make it a success will be done.

Yours very truly

E.H. Shackleton

I'm new to this thread, so sorry if this information has already been posted.

Photos from Ernest Shakleton's expedition to Antarctica in 1914 were faked.

In 2004 there was a doumentary about the photographer Frank Hurley called Frank Hurley: The Man who Made History,  but I have

never been able to find the entire video (free) online.  Can anyone help me here.

"Frank Hurley: The Man who Made History is a 2004 documentary focusing on the work of photographer Frank Hurley. The documentary, written and directed by Simon Nasht  describes the highly controversial work of Frank Hurley after the discovery of his fabrication of many photos which were previously thought of as extremely significant."

The Guardian ran a piece about the faked photos in 2004.

They are the photographs that show what is perhaps the greatest story of endurance and valour ever told, the epic narrative of Ernest Shackleton's near-fatal Antarctic expedition of 1914.

Antarctic survivor says famed cameraman fabricated scenes and doctored images

The explorer's desperate bid to save the lives of his crew has been hailed as the epitome of human achievement against the odds, while the arresting images captured by Frank Hurley's camera have ensured that the historic events have kept an icy grip on public imagination. But now it has emerged that the iconic photographs, among the most valuable ever taken, are not all they seem. New evidence and testimony from a surviving eyewitness reveal that Hurley, the pioneering Australian cameraman and adventurer, fabricated scenes and doctored images.

I believe this is one of the photos, but there were many others when I researched the topic a few years ago.  Now I can't find the relevant websites.

This sky stone looks like the one they drilled out of the firmament in Antarctica, only the one in Antarctica melted to nothing leaving a dry surface, Weird to say the least.

And who told you that? Humans? Let me guess that the Flat Earth channels have told you that like all other tales. But they will never come true.

Err - Yes.

And that is the problem. You don't seriously believe that it is possible to decode real information. As a non experiencer. You are following some garbage that was suggested by Humans. That is the only reason why flat earth is still on youtube. They know who can't decode Reality, this includes flat earth, NDEs, UFO believers. This includes science. Everything is perfect to get lost in nothing.
