She said I have to get a doctor's note. I argued and said I don't need to and this is discrimination.

I just looking regulations says that our medical condition details are confidential and protected by law.

I guessing Data Protecion Act but I`m not sure. Any help?

These are the sort of low iq police officers we have being employed and deployed. It's an absolute disgrace and he got owned. I don't know who these people think they are I really don't. He was projecting his arrogance onto the person in this video.

And then you have dickheads with big followings like Alex belfield calling for more police power along with daily fail readers. They should have better training and be iq tested.  The way I see it a large proportion of the police are being amasculated but also there's a large section that are being militarised who don't seem to know the law.

The stupidity from the video is astonishing but he ultimately knew he had lost the arguement and should have just let the poor man go. He was correct he should not have been treated like a criminal. Perhaps his face nappy was blocking too much oxygen to his brain.

Vinny you have a choice mate?

We all should by now know what is coming. The 'guidelines' state one thing but the corporations and enforcement agency's act in another way.

You could wear a mask or even the sillier shield (which I have no idea what the mass considers that these would do IF an actual pandemic occurred) but soon enough the savior vaccine will come and the firm you work for will state "No vaccine No job".

Or some such thing (if your mobile does not state that you are green to go then fuck off).

Line in the sand mate (easy for me to say as I have no one that needs me thus I can 'leave') .... What is the line you will not allow to be crossed?

It is that simple.

State your 'line' (not here but to yourself) and live or die by it.

ps: You can't die : )

They sold all data on last year, I opted out, but because of the novel 'covid' regs it didn't make a difference:

My children

i would fight until I have no more fight left in me and my last breath has left my lungs.

i am a normal, law abiding guy who goes to work everyday to provide for his family.

if someone thinks they can come and take that away from me then they need to be prepared to make sure their cause is stronger and more worthier than that.

i would hope every other normal person would have that same fight even if it just for themselves.

we all love something and our primal instinct is survival and protection.

very deep that for me, just a guy in a house minding his own business

That's great.

So I'm guessing If I or someone gets stopped, it is essential to start filming? I'm surprised the police allow that even though obviously it's our right.

Look at it as your independent witness documenting the encounter for your safety & theirs. you have the right to record  anything & anyone  your eyes can see in a public place.no one has a right to privacy when in public  Including the police there is no right to the expectation of privacy in a public place -definitely record any encounter with authority holds them accountable & they know & hate the fact, they cant legally stop you filming plenty of utube uploads of people demonstrating these types of interactions with police etc. filming police stations, jails & government m.o.d  etc can provoke strong reaction threats of being a  terrorist....if you fail to identify although by law you are not required to do so if no crime has been committed   P.I.N.A.C

"You may not know it, but if you live in the UK and have contacted the NHS with any coronavirus-related health concerns, your data is now being used for research. This is regardless of whether you have previously tried to stop this happening by requesting to use the national data opt-out service." https://theconversation.com/coronavirus-researchers-no-longer-need-consent-to-access-your-medical-records-138567

Citizens should probably start wearing personal bodycam recorders. Especially those citizens who are likely to be harassed by police, or other brainwashed idiots out in the street or shopping centres, etc. A personal bodycam recorder is a much better option than holding a phone.

OMG something goes badly wrong  I didn`t know nothing about we have been sold like  a peasants on a markerplace  to third-party bankers...

How it be for those who live in the UK and are not in NHS (HSC instead)? All i just found is that they may use

routinely collected and anonymised data for research purposes only:

Is anything else suprise me?

madness

this is a big company.  Known across the uk and the world

From the Bernician.net...

If you are threatened with the sack for refusing to wear a mask, you need to send your employer a Notice of Conditional Acceptance, promising to wear a mask if they provide you with the following information:

1. Evidence that masks prevent infection.

2. Evidence that masks don’t cause oxygen deprivation which can lead to seizures.

3. Evidence that breathing in your own carbon dioxide does not cause bacterial infections and respiratory disorders.

4. Evidence that wearing masks does not cause stress and anxiety.

5. Evidence that wearing masks prevented the spread of the Spanish Flu.

6. Evidence that dismissal for not wearing a mask at work would not represent a material breach of the Equality Act, which entitles you to claim compensation for discrimination, as well as unfair dismissal.

7. Evidence that the government lurgy has ever been proven to exist.

8. Evidence that the Coronavirus Act and the regulations which arose out of it are not adjudged to be repugnant and void under the common law.

9. Evidence that it is not a crime ancillary to genocide to collaborate with government policy, which has already resulted in hundreds of thousands of deaths in care homes and hospitals.

10. Evidence that the government has not relied upon fraudulent data to frighten the population into fearful compliance with its legally unenforceable diktats.

Good luck!

Quote

"Formally, the mask was used by white masters to prevent enslaved Africans from eating sugar cane or cocoa beans, while working on the plantations, but its primary function was to implement a sense of speechlessness and fear, inasmuch as the mouth was at the same time a place of muteness and a place of torture. The mask represents, in this sense, colonialism as a whole. It symbolizes the white sadistic politics of conquest and domination, and its brutal regimes of silencing the so called ‘Other.’ I intend to remember this mask as a symbol of speechlessness and violence, and how these – speechlessness and violence – are restaged in everyday life. In other words, I am concerned with two main questions: Who can indeed speak? And what happens when we speak?"
