"Those who have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering should not be routinely asked to give any written evidence of this, this includes exemption cards. No person needs to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about their reason for not wearing a face covering. Some people may feel more comfortable showing something that says they do not have to wear a face covering. This could be in the form of an exemption card, badge or even a home-made sign. This is a personal choice and is not necessary in law." (UK Gov)

This is all you need. Download it from the government website and stick it in your backpocket. I've been up and down on trains/buses, in and out of shops/bars maskless since April. Been questioned three times (never by public, who basically don't give a shit but are more comfortable conforming). Didn't even produce it, just said I'm exempt, but had it ready if things escalated. THERE IS NO LAW regarding masks. Be strong.

Ok so I just moved from Essex to Yorkshire this week and there are some serious differences.

Essex - very mixed compliance.

Yorkshire - much more extreme - everyone seems to be compliant and extremely strict in shops.

Not sure if this is because they are in a different tier level or because Essex folks are more rebellious? I have no clue yet.

Doesn't look too good!

Just to note for those who do feel pressured to wearing the mask or forced to by employers etc.

There have been two occasions where I have been "forced" to wear a mask.

The best tactic I could find in this situation is to put the mask on over your mouth but not covering your nose. So you just breath normally through your nose.

People do not care how you are wearing the mask only the fact that you have one in sight and are being a good little boy!

British revolutions often start in essex.

Don't know why?

I’ve moved from the north east of England where there was total compliance, everyone was masked. To South Wales, where I’ve found some resistance. A few people are blatantly against it and are unmasked in shops which i hadn’t seen up north. The area your in makes a big difference I think.

I read of people in the north (yorks) saying that their areas were not complying.. its funny isn't it how different regions act.

Round here in herts everyone except me seems to want to play the game.

Governments and the WHO promoted and enforced mask-wearing by the public in full knowledge that they provide no protection from any virus, but cause serious neurological and respiratory damage, putting people`s lives and health at risk.

But it is not just a health issue about. We should always take a lesson from history. This is an article about

how wearing masks took a role in political and cultural war in the U.S. over a 100 years ago. Since that time

resisters (or dissenters like we seem to be we are) complained about appearance, comfort and freedom :

The Mask Slackers of 1918

So I have no doubt that this is a social engineering using information war from mass-destruction media weapons to attempt to take our freedom.

I'm a night shift worker. I see people walking alone down empty roads/highways, or with their dogs, in the middle of the night wearing masks and face shields – with no other person anywhere nearby for at least hundreds of metres. This is beyond insanity. I see people riding bikes on empty country roads with no one around, with masks, or jogging. Madness.

The lack of oxygen from the masks effecting physical function is noticeable when I'm out and about now. Today I saw a masketeer spill and smash a bunch of glass jars when they got to the checkout in the supermarket and another doing the Covidian Swerve in an aisle and ending up clattering into a shelf. What they both had in common is the demeanour of people who would jump out of their skin if anyone came within a yard of them. The mind virus is tragic. I can't even begin to imagine the shame and disillusionment the fearful will have if they are ever faced with undeniable truth that Covid and the Scamdemic has been fake. Some may be so far gone they'd prefer to stay in denial.

I started a thread the other day, aiming to collate data on the negative effects of mask-wearing. Some other users were nice enough to provide an extensive list of studies in addition to the ones I had found. Perhaps you would find it useful.

For anyone being forced to wear a mask in the work place...

A letter to employer informing them of  illegal actions for insisting you wear a muzzle at work even when exempt from doing so.

This could be useful info !  however would it work ? - I don't know strongly advise seek guidance !

For all those who work in caring profession, employed by companies etc., here is a template letter in which you can send to your employer notifying them that due to them insisting you wear a mask at work which is endangering your health that you are being forced into taking "Sick leave", unions are sadly also breaking the UK laws so you cannot rely on them to support you sadly. So for all those who are so stressed, depressed, anxious about having to be forced to wear a mask then this letter can allow you to take sick leave as a result of your employers actions - good luck

Re: Forced Sickness
I wish to formerly notify you that due to the 'Illegal' actions perpetrated by your company/organisation by refusing me my lawful human rights (UNESCO Bioethics & Human Rights 2005 – Article 6.1 – Consent) together with breaching the government's Coronavirus Act 2020 in which you have refused me the use of the government's exemption from wearing a mask due to my health & hidden disabilities (Equality Act 2010 – Article 14 & 15 – Discrimination and Harassment) and thereby are complicit in endangering my health in the workplace, I am sadly put into the situation of taking 'Forced Sickness' as a result of your illegal actions in which you can be prosecuted by law for breaking my human rights, disability rights and that of the governments current Coronavirus Act 2020.
It has been made clear to me by your organisation that you are not willing to follow the laws and acts pertaining to UK Law and are complicit in crimes against humanity which is a serious crime and punishable by imprisonment. As such due to the bullying, intimidation and discrimination I am receiving as a result of you refusing my lawful rights, my health is being endangered as a result of your actions and I cannot allow your illegal actions to jeopardise my health as a result. (Health & Safety 1974).
Your actions have caused and resulted in severe mental distress, physical distress being unable to wear a mask because of my disability, anxiety, depression and deems me unable to carry out my duties fully as a result (i.e. breaking my signed employment contract with your company) forcing me to take 'forced sickness' leave as a result of your actions.
I will remain on 'Forced Sickness' during the time your company continues to act unlawfully and not in accordance with the Coronavirus Act 2020 and UK laws until such time as you are prosecuted in a court of law for being complicit in 'crimes against humanity'.
Yours faithfully

In Australia, they tell businesses that, "You can direct a worker to wear a face mask if you, in consultation with those workers, decide it necessary to minimise the risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus" (Safe Work Australia). It could probably be challenged, I'm not sure.

If the British Medical Association has their way, in the UK, you won't have a choice: Make masks compulsory in UK workplaces, urges BMA.

I just had a look at the BMA press release. Damned psychopaths:

"Making the wearing of face masks mandatory in all offices and working environments, unless you are working alone"

The North is less cynical/more naive and tends to assume that the Government is truthful.

I f-ing hate this. The shitty things make me suffocate and steam up my glasses so much I can't see where I'm going. I use a face shield but try and walk round shops without even that. Mostly the retail staff don't say anything to me.

Agreed. It's horrible. And even worse in the heat. In Australia, it will be interesting to see how people go wearing masks in 40 to 50 degree heat. It hasn't been tested yet, but I predict a lot of serious heat stress illness.

There will no my acquiescing. A virus is 300 times smaller then one hair on a head and 60 times smaller then red blood cell in a bloodstream. And this is  advice about how to make our own face covering and this will stop a virus from needle and thread and fabric from your used panties https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering :Image_5.jpg

I just found this one, from the British Medical Journal (you may find this useful in your campaign against face mask mandates - i.e. risks to older people):

Quote

"Aside from obstructing vision for glasses wearers (by causing spectacles to fog up), face masks invariably block parts of the lower peripheral visual field, even in people who do not wear glasses. Visual information from the lower peripheral field is important for detecting and avoiding nearby hazards, and for placing our steps safely. Wearing a face mask reduces the wearer’s opportunity to use this important sensory information during walking and may therefore increase the chance of tripping or falling."
