I've said this before, and I'll say it again, this is becoming big business for some, and especially those Chinese factories that started manufacturing these things en-masse earlier this year. Create an 'artificial demand' for a product that no-one needs - especially a non-reusable product - and you have a licence to print money.

Definitely, I have mate who works in a warehouse of a big importer/seller, they are making about (he said) 50p profit on every single mask they sell and they sell thousands a day.

Pure profiteering  from fear.

Brilliant video. If anyone needs a perfect synopsis of where we currently are in this ludicrous situation , then this must surely be it.
More power to this man.

I have been watching a lot of Carl Vernon’s videos and they are really great. As a panic attack and anxiety sufferer myself I can relate to what he mentions on this video about the ridiculous mask wearing. He mentions about a woman who suffers panic attacks and anxiety being so scared to go shopping because of the ridiculous mask rules and her cupboard is completely bare of food.

oki so avoided shops on fridays. Went to big sainsbuys, just strode in, no queue, "queue marshall" gave me a despondent look, but I have to say I didn't receive any dirty looks at all. Was the only one unmasked,I felt liberated and depressed AT THE SAME TIME a very strange new emotion. :)

A small act of social disobedience in an insane world.

Been to a local spar, chatted with owner, said hes not even gonna ask, I said cool.

Also Morrisons, no questions asked on door and no dirty looks at all me and my gf.

I'll say one thing. DO NOT EVEN USE THE HIDDEN DISABILITIES PASSES.

As your already acquiescing to the mob/nwo . YOU DO NOT NEED TO SHOW ANY PAPERS, DO NOT GIVE A REASON AT ALL.

Even having to prove you have a disability to a untrained stranger is a human rights abuse of the worse order.

Its fucking insane.

All of this bullshit meme on twitter IS DIRECT FROM 77TH BRIGADE it doesn't exist in real life, remember that.

People are good, most masked looked resigned, sad and confused. Help them help themselves if questioned nicely :) We need to help them.

Its mentally draining and takes a confident person /mind to do this, its disgusting what they are putting people through for no reason.

I'm out of likes, but would like to say thanks for that. Was considering one of those passes, after my incident I had which wasn't nice. But after reading what you said it makes so much sense, so I won't be using one.

I have no likes left. But thankyou for that. That man has got it down to a T. They are trying to break our spirit. But their so evil, that they don't understand anything about love, kindness, compassion and the hearts of people, that is there downfall.

There are NO randomized, controlled trials (RCT)with verified outcomes thatshowa benefit to healthcare workersor community members forwearing a mask or a respirator. There is no such definitive study.Likewise, no study exists that shows a benefit from a broad policy to wear masks in public(documentedbelow).Furthermore, if there were any benefit to wearing a mask, because of the blocking power against droplets and aerosol particles, then there should be more benefit from wearing a respirator (N95) compared to a surgical mask. There is not. Neither masks norrespirators protect; cloth coverings are essentially worthless. It should be noted that the surgical masks are primarily designed to protect the environment from the wearer, whereas the respirators are supposed to protect the wearer from the environment.(Balazy, et al). Coronavirus are <0.125 microns in size. Masks and respirators filter particles 0.30 to 0.80 microns in size. Masks cannot possibly work. No bias-free study has ever found a benefit from wearing a mask or respirator in this application

What a guy!  So eloquent with dignity and what he says perfectly encompasses the whole state of affairs.

He's the same guy who challenged the government in the high court over lockdown. Obviously it failed because the judiciary are owned, but it was an attempt to demonstrate that the constitution is being ignored. He has a tendency to go off topic sometimes, but he knows what's going on and is not afraid to oppose it.

tbh dont be so quick to dismiss the judiciary as historically the Supreme courts of common law countries has ruled in favour of people over corporations.

i would suggest the complaint was an error from its inception

They would have to rule in favour of people over government rather than corporations in this instance. Maybe they have appealed it, I'm not sure tbh.

I was following it on ewe-tube because I'm a long way from Dublin (thankfully) but haven't seen any updates lately. I know ewe-tube wouldn't suppress anything obviously, so there must be no new developments😶

The legislation that has been passed, via Statutory Instrument 2020 No. 791, for mandatory wearing of face coverings in "a relevant place" are the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Wearing of Face Coverings in a Relevant Place) (England) Regulations 2020.

The Regs are very similar to those passed for the mandatory wearing of face coverings on public transport and contain the same exemptions.

Little do the public seem to know that we have been given such easy get out clauses from having to wear the wretched things. Basically, as most members here are aware of I am sure, if wearing one would cause distress (section 4(1)(b)), you don't have to. If wearing one could cause harm (section d), you don't have to.

As far as I am concerned it has been proven beyond doubt that face coverings are harmful in that they inhibit oxygen intake and raise CO2 to dangerous levels. Not to mention the anxiety involved and possible physical discomfort and skin reactions around the face and ears. Therefore, in knowing this, wearing a face covering would cause me extreme distress and cause me harm so I am exempt and so, I would suggest, is pretty much anyway else aside from the most ardent and hardened virtue signaller.

Here is a reminder of the exemptions.

https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/791/made

4.—(1) For the purposes of regulation 3(1), the circumstances in which a person (“P”) has a reasonable excuse include those where—

(a)P cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering—

(i)because of any physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability (within the meaning of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010(10)), or

(ii)without severe distress;

(b)P is accompanying, or providing assistance to, another person (“B”) and B relies on lip reading to communicate with P;

(c)P removes their face covering to avoid harm or injury, or the risk of harm or injury, to themselves or others;

(d)P is entering or within a relevant place to avoid injury, or to escape a risk of harm, and does not have a face covering with them;

(e)it is reasonably necessary for P to eat or drink, P removes their face covering to eat or drink;

(f)P has to remove their face covering to take medication;

(g)a person responsible for a relevant place or an employee of that person acting in the course of their employment, requires that P remove their face covering in order to verify P’s identity;

(h)in a registered pharmacy, an employee of that registered pharmacy acting in the course of their employment, requires that P remove their face covering in order to assist in the provision of healthcare or healthcare advice to P;

(i)a relevant person requests that P remove their face covering.

I am quoting myself but I feel that the point cannot be stressed enough. Under the legislation, we have been given every avenue to get out of wearing a mask if we choose to.

This video is worth a share I think. It may be worth following his suggestion of carrying around a copy of the legislation (link above) which can be whipped out if challenged.

Completely agree it's not a huge issue - the worst that can happen is you're refused entry to a shop or tube/train station (although as I've mentioned before, it's doubtful employees on the ground will be advised to escalate if someone says they have a medical issue, due to potential litigation). The issue I've found is with trying to get the message across. Even friends I consider very sharp in other aspects of life say to me ' what's the problem with sticking a mask on for 20/30 mins while doing the shopping or travelling on a train?'. When I reply 'you're not seeing the bigger picture, and that if we accept this, it will lead to that' things get messy. As yet, I haven't found the solution. I doubt David has the Answer either!

But the Governments own exemptions state that children under 11 do NOT need to wear face coverings!

Yet, if I look on eBay I see a multitude of 'childrens masks' in all different pretty styles and designs.

Its the teaching Unions calling for it. Daily Mail today also trying to 'normalise'  the idea of kids wearing masks in school. You can see exactly where this left agenda is steering towards. Its the same pressure that was being put out to get people to wear masks in shops. Resist, sign the petition, tell parents to check their kids schools (secondary mostly it seems).

I managed to get someone to remove their mask today in a local shop. It felt great 🙂

It was when i likened the masks wearing scene to being like a 1970's horror movie that did it i think! I then also pointed out the reasons why surgeons wear masks and why they should not be worn for long periods of time. We can crack them bit by bit.

Complete agreement here - positive :) and thanks for the video.

Below a post from carolinestephens.net

I am not overly familiar with UK legislation & law - the differences? and the categories that these new acts fall into civil, criminal?

Further to the quote below would you or any one else have any idea or be able to clarify or elaborate?

i.e. is the mask wearing  statutory instrument  filed under civil legislation? where do our rights fall in this area?

The Mask
KNOW THE LAW!

 Remember, according to social distancing, shop staff cannot “touch” you or come within 1 metre without breaking guidelines, (but of course they touch everything you’re buying)  and if you refuse to wear a mask in their shop they cannot physically throw you out, but can only call the police to enforce a government 'guideline'. The big problem for the police is that that would be breaking the Law if they tried to enforce a 'guideline', because police can only legally enforce Criminal Law.

 If the police detain you, or arrest you because, naturally, you have refused to cooperate, they are then guilty of unlawful detention, which comes under the criminal code of 'kidnapping'.
 If they try to fine you, without first 'kidnapping' you, you are not obliged to give them any information, not even your name, and without your name they cannot issue a fine.

 If they find out your name, by whatever means and then issue a fine, you can simply state that you refuse to accept or pay any fine and they will then be obliged to caution you, which would be totally illegal since you will not have committed any crime (guidelines being optional to follow) and again, they would not be enforcing any law.

 Know the difference: Guidelines come under 'civil law' and crimes come under 'criminal law'. The police are not allowed to enforce 'civil law' - only the local authority and the civil courts can attempt to do that. So, demand that the Court issue you with a date for an appearance, and when/if you go to court your defence will be illegal detention and kidnapping, and in the civil court you will be able to demand substantial compensation as a counter-claim from the police, plus insist that criminal charges are brought against the arresting and detaining officers.

 Now, nobody says that it will get to that stage, indeed it would be very unlikely to, but can you imagine how the Courts will be clogged up for years, perhaps decades, trying to process those bloody awkward bastards who had the bald-faced cheek to know the Law and also know their civil rights.

 PS: Ensure you use your phone and record the whole even, to be used as leverage and evidence. But just remember this one fact - the police cannot enforce civil Law and therefore have no rights in determining whether or not you have to wear a mask, just because the government says so. That process would be called a 'dictatorship' and we are not quite there yet, despite this government's valiant attempts to make it so.

Went to bed at 10.30, couldn't sleep. Thought a glass or three of rum and coke might help. Wife in Nicola Stalin country with friend who comes from said area of U.K. Wonder how they will get on not wearing face coverings there in shops. Be interesting to find out when she phones. From some accounts from friend's relatives a lot of people up there hate her. Father-in law asleep, banjo dog asleep (yes we have a dog called banjo).

     I think I have worked out what is happening. Sometime, at the end of February, beginning of March this year I went to a show in a theatre or some where, of which I have no memory, for reasons which will become clear.

     One of the acts at this show was a hypnotist, and, me being the sort of person who will try most things once  got up on stage and have been hypnotised into believing the covid-19 virus is real and spreading world wide. The world will go into lock down, we will be told to stay at home, stay two metres apart at all times. not to visit family or friends, to wear a mask to go shopping and to have a vaccine to stop the deadly virus. Unfortunately for me the hypnotist whispered in my ear "You will be back in the room when you hear the words ?????????????????????????????". He then sadly collapsed and died of a  heart attack

     . Because no one else heard what he whispered I am now in a hypnotic trance in a hospital some where. I am being fed and watered through a tube as well as pissing and shitting through a tube. Doctors, nurses, family, random people, who hope to win the prize money that has been donated by Boris Johnson, and who have heard of my plight on the news are coming into the room where I am laying and saying random things like " Bill Gates loves you", Greta Thunberg is a genius, Matt Hancock knows what he is doing, hairy vagina penis or wake up you twat. Nothing so far has worked and I am still in a hypnotic state. One day some one will say the right words and I will wake up and ask "What happened, where am I". I will tell every body via the M.S.M and we will all have a jolly good laugh.

     I know this is serious, and really no laughing matter, but we have to find some humour to keep our sanity. The whole thing just seems so surreal, un-real. My Mums hair dresser who is a woman I have known all my life and is the same age as me (60) said to me recently "We never thought any thing like this would happen in our life time". Would any one in any life time? Not until it happens!

       Vernon Coleman always makes me laugh the way he puts things across. Love it at the end of his videos when he says "Thanks for listening to an old man sitting in his chair". The late great comedian Dave Allen used to take the piss out of the catholic church and his catholic up-bringing. Billy Connolly is another one who can find humour in anything. We Brits are the best at laughing at our selves. Holy shit 3 am, amazing how a bit of booze can get your creative juices flowing. Must drink more. Will see if I can sleep now. Good night friends, and referring back to Dave Allen, may your god go with you. Cant wait until Sunday. The Icke man cometh. Bloody hell, don't I go on once I get started. LOL LOL
