Things that have helped me cope during these times.

 

1. Plenty exercise fresh air

2. Plenty meditation

3. Use my time wisely - situationally it's easier for me under the circumstances to be indoors - so I focus on the activities that I can do in this situation.

4. De-friend /create distance between toxic people - no excuses made

5. Take breaks from reading about CO-VID 19 from all sources including here

6. Actively plan and then actively create the future that I desire

7. Regular routine for the above. Do certain activities at 8am, 10 am and stick to it at all times.

8. Remember to laugh heartedly - at current events, yourself and how seriously we take ourselves - good to take the time daily to do this!

But there is ONE pressing issue facing us all that should supercede everything else at this time which is the coming covid vaccine. All the lockdowns and all the media and government hype is all leading to one place: covid vaccine

 

They are absolutely desperate to get what is in those injections into your bloodstream. It should be everyones primary concern at the moment to research whats in those jabs and to then spread awareness to build a broad resistance to the bioweapon they intend to inject into us

 

People should research:

-hydrogel nanotechnology

-RNA vaccines

-Transfection

-luciferase bioluminscent marker

-ID2020

 

If you are scared of what is going on in the world at the moment then don't try and buy your head in the sand as it will only repress your emotions and it won't make the problems go away. Instead meet it head on and set out to educate as many people as you can so that when crunch time comes there are many people ready and willing to stand in defiance with you

Looking at the phone and getting informed is the first thing to do when you wake up then get to work or pretend to be busy.  Must meet goals.  Must have goals. 

No time for introspection.  It’s looked down upon because it distracts from the race.  If you’re an addict you can’t see it.  Here your whole life can go by and you don’t even realize you are mentally ill.  If you realize it you go get labeled, get funneled through the mental health industry and get fubared. 

 

I didn’t realize how much I hated myself even though it’s quite obvious.  I’ve cut myself up and starved myself for years to fit some ideal and thought it was the thing to do.  People can even tell you for years you’re fucked up and you can be completely blind.  In fact, it’s acceptable to hate yourself here.  There are whole industries built around self hatred.  

 

Working through all this shit is hard.  It’s hard breaking destructive habits but this is the time to do it.

Tips for mental health during this time?

 

This body is not me.
I am not limited by this body.

You will meet a lot of like minded people. An hour or two every other day has really worked wonders for me.

 

I have also bought a lot of physical books, regularly meditate and also star gaze (weather permitting) 

I think this is very useful and practical advise. I will leave my car, take my bicycle to the park and finally start reading my copy of The Gulag Archipelago by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

For me when I feel depressed I always exercise until I get an adrenaline rush 

 

usually takes about 3 hours or so before I get one

 

Once I do it stays with me for a day or two afterwards as well

 

its not a cure for depression but it definitely takes the edge off for me

Meditate.... learn to separate your authentic core being from the incursions of the Twilight Zone, because that's where we are now.

to me things like Depression was something from the land of fiction that hits industrial nations only where as it is quite unknown in countries like Tibet.....I didn´t take it quite serious - unless my neighbour killed himself some weeks ago and no one really knew why ..... I started to read about it a bit
 

it seems a severe thing which is difficult to cure and often leads to suicide

Hi, I think you are perfectly normal.  Our world is not normal any more.  it's changed, just as you described.  We now seem to be in a new paradigm.

 

You are not a loser, you are not alone.  You are trying to to keep up with the dark and gloomy changes happening around us.

 

Firstly I would check on your phone the WIFI feature, do a scan to see how many WIFI routers are being picked up by your phone.  there are 2G and 5G on most routers.

 

Also you might have a router on the other side of your wall if your room is next to a neighbors house/flat.  The only way to know how bad it is is to buy an acoustameter.  A rectangle device that is very good at showing you how many volts per square meter is in any one spot.  It cost a couple of hundred, but its worth it.  I have one, and I am very happy to have this device.

 

Also you can buy EMF paint and paint your room.  Again its expensive, but at least you can rest with much less EMF pollution.

 

 

 

what ever you do, keep up with your exercises.  letting yourself go will not help.  it will be an extra weight.  If you can, try walking and talking with someone.  It always lifts me up a level.

 

Also here are 2 tips that I use.

visualize the home you are living in.  from you room, visualize the white light travelling from your room out the opposite end of the house, or building.  And as the light travels through the property, visualize that the light is push out dark Smokey bad negative energy, as the Smokey energy leaves your house make it combust, and burn away.

 

keep replaying this in your mind.  this will clear out the negative energy.  do it to yourself as well. i do it my home and I notice i become more motivated.  it could be someone else living in the house is depressed, or even a neighbour, and their energy field is effecting you.

 

Just keep cleansing the house, and yourself, you bed, your clothes, and try pouring a bowel of warm salty water over your head during a shower, and if you can, have a bath with Epsom salts.  the salt is excellent at clearing out negative energies.

 

And remember to keep your body in good shape.  this is important as it gives you something positive to fall back on when you have negative thoughts.

 

I also take a 1 inch slice of pineapple daily when I'm down.  it has powerful properties, and is excellent at getting you to feel more strong.

My cat likes whales sounds. When watching documentaries he takes notice of them and fixated. I’ve even though he knows what they’re language is!  I will try that :-)

Yeah I could really do with a cat again. She used to love watching the national geographic with me.

I would say just about everyone on the planet is getting hit one way or other. People lost their jobs, ones who do have them worry that they lose work. Peoples savings getting used up. They dont buy so much. Retail industry suffers no one comes to buy....then factories have to lay off workers because no demand for their products etc

People fear for their lives, the vaccine freaks them out. Imprisoned at home, stressfull family situations

You know it....it produces immense suffering. Im hearing reports from all over the planet people have changed for the worse. Dont think theres something wrong.....its just you and no one else.

Natural tendency is to take refuge in distractions internet facebook etc

But if you really want to work on your reactions and face reality or the suffering it brings, addiction to internet, utube, social media has to be lessened or given up. These activities destroy or weaken your drive. Without drive.....wont get very far

Something has hit myself and others around me these past two days.

 

Feeling of hopelessness and crying episodes. 

 

Headaches (same people seem to get the headaches at the same time..) I've noticed this is a cycle...

 

Something is definitely going on. It's too much of a coincidence for me to ignore.

 

I've been doing things to keep myself happy and I was doing okay, but now it's like a switch has flipped for no reason.

I'm not the only one either..

Been feeling bleak this past few days myself too. Notice others around me as well.

I was just thinking the same thing. Have yo heard of fionaA astrologetr? Shes northern ireland lady she seems really good. I am subscribed on youtube. I actually use astrologers instead of the news these days.
