I'm sorry to hear of the problems you've experienced, Artmuzz. You sound like you've had a rough time. I'm only really meaning if you're a bit down and traumatized by current events, which would seem like a natural reaction to me. Just to be a bit wary. When I once asked a GP for help with migraines and insomnia, he gave me a prescription, and when I looked up what it was, it was some generic name for Prozac, so I never collected it. I've always had insomnia. The migraines were linked to repeated abscesses going untreated, because the toothache and headache coincided, so the GP always said I needed to see the dentist about it, and the dentist always said I needed to see the GP about it. Neither attempted to sort it out. That went on for 17 years before a hospital locum identified what the problem was. It was those symptoms that some *%!"* tried to put me on Prozac for, without advising that that's what he was prescribing under a different name. Prozac addles your brain. shadowmoon
On 6/12/2020 at 9:21 AM, Messenger said: Hi Shadowmoon, from my mom, she has been into spiritual stuff, alternative healing and medicine for years, since the 80's. Long story short, I found myself sleeping on a air mattress for a few months in 2015 when my bed frame was damaged during a move, and the air mattress totally destroyed my back to the point I was in tears one day. She brought me the tuning fork. I laid on the living room floor flat on a yoga mat holding the fork and meditating and the pain would subside after a few minutes. Give the fork a wack on your palm good enough and it will go for about fifteen to twenty seconds. I repeated that for a few minutes while breathing deep and exhaling. Back pain subsided after fifteen to twenty minutes. The frequency is allegedly "Om" pronounced like electrical ohms but supposedly Om is the sound that the universe made upon creation. Of course I cannot prove this but I notice that it is a sound that seems to be associated with church and God. There is a PC game I played years ago called Thief, The Dark Project, back in 2001 or so, and it was even a few years old then, but in a couple particular levels you go into the "Hammerites" or priests quarters or the church and you can hear that Om-like sound they put into the game. Here is a walk through this guy Johnny Fox did years ago, at around 6:40. Really cool game, even mentions the "rothschild's in the follow up game, The Metal Age. IMO the guys who made this game were very smart and had inside information, this game giving a glimpse into the future in many ways with the Metal Age showing us autonomous people and trans-humanism-like machines, with one example being Garrett's mechanical eye that he can remove and then throw around a corner to see what's going on. You are a thief named Garrett. No shoot em up gore like many first person games, this one is about stealth and on the highest difficulty setting you are actually not allowed to kill anyone. I highly recommend playing the game starting at The Dark Project. They revised it later with Thief "Gold". Then came The Metal Age, then the follow up was Deadly Shadows. It's a prophetic like game in so many ways. Back in the 80's my parents were very into meditation, long before the "new age"/new cage people of today co-opted it and turned it into being about profit like we see so many "healers" now. Back in the early 90's my parents taught me about "Om" and "Shanti" and proper breathing, the power of copper, crystals, gold, and silver, etc. So I've known about the Om chanting for many years but I never knew that there was a tuning fork frequency for it until my back trouble in 2015. I need to get some tuning forks..!

Finder
@Fluke and whoever else desires a vivid example from this very forum. If you go to The Crowhouse Community thread, you will find a few people whose mental health is taking a hit. I bet some of them will want to demonstrate their current issues on this thread too, for now rather obvious reasons. Which is fine, as I see this thread has enough experts to deal with them. Fluke, what you described in your OP, can be summed up in the following: You are an Infinite Being who is currently present in the finite game which makes you believe that you are a finite being playing an infinite game. See the trick? As long as your main reference point is the game and not your inner center and its core awareness, you will be (emotionally, mentally, energetically, etc) where your first post on this thread describes you are. Are you trolling and lying again? I remember when you tried to make out the hackers came from the UAE......by extension I think you were trying to blame me.....when I demonstrated that they were Israeli Jews from personal conversations with them when I went to the Gab.ai link they provided and decided to see who they were. Just who are you Finder and what is your game here? I know what it is..... it's all connected to protecting and covering for Masons and Jews isn't it? Wouldn't be in the least surprised if the people who hacked the forum were friends of yours. Edited June 13, 2020 by Truthspoon

Accusation of trolling and lying requires evidence, otherwise it is your fantasy. I was not trying to blame you (or anyone else). Stating I was trying to blame you is what "you think" according to your comment above. About the uae. I said I saw it presented in a thread somewhere that someone had posted a screen shot or mentioned in their comment that the hackers were from UAE. DI team assumed they were most probably arabs (origin unknown) based on the video the supposed hackers made. Who made the video and who those hackers were and were the people on the video the actual hackers at all, no one knows. Who you really interacted with on gab, is also questionable -to keep it short. If you just believe everything those unidentified people on gab and whatsapp told you as true and accurate just because it matches your beliefs, that's a shame and yet it is your right to believe whatever you choose to. This conversation on this and any subject of yours is over. I have zero interest in interacting with people like you. Nothing personal. I just prefer other things and environments. I wish you all the best. I am in full awareness that any further discussion you generate will be between you and you, even when you make it look like you are having it with me or with anyone else for that matter. Good bye. TinFoil, Have you ever tried swishing with hydrogen peroxide? I use it as a mouthwash, and also to clean my toothbrush. I spray my toothbrush every other day with it. Or if you can afford it there are those UV light toothbrush containers that kill off the bacteria. Prozac is an SSRI, very dangerous. SSRI's should be banned. I like to use diluted tea tree oil, but will bear the hydrogen peroxide in mind for future maladies.

Tinfoil Hat
It's anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, has no nasty side effects, and you don't build up immunity to it - it's magical. It's good to put in a diffuser to kill off air-born bugs, like flu (a.k.a. Covid) So a few drops in a spray bottle topped up with half water & half white vinegar is dirt cheap, but cleans, disinfects and deodorises the whole house, including glass, chrome etc. It cleans leather better than really expensive preparations you can buy, and does not dry out leather or wood. It cuts through greasy, sticky build up kitchen worktops and tiles like a dream.
Tinfoil Hat
As an afterthought, a diffuser with proper essential oils can work wonders to combat stress. You can switch them about and mix them for either an uplift in mood, or for relaxation. Also, if you're seriously down, it's worth trying Bach Rescue Remedy which you can get as a spray, or drops or a cream. It's a long time since I sampled it, so I can't attest to whether the interferers have diluted it since then, but it certainly used to be good stuff, to help if you're feeling overwhelmed. It was harder to get off ssris than opiates x I ended up breaking the capsules and bead counting to reduce them as they don't produce a small enough dosage for you to taper safely. Much love. Keep at it. It is worth it x

I love the eucalyptus oil in the winter in the humidifier dish, really helps to breath and soothe the lungs and nasal when the heat is on. Peppermint is a good one for cooling for the guys, I accidentally spilled some on my inner thigh once and the cooling sensation was nice
Tinfoil Hat
i like a few drops of rosemary oil (energising) mixed with a drop or 2 of sweet orange (soothes anxiety & depression). I don't know what effect these have on your inner thighs, so proceed in that region with caution.

Mentally I'm fine (I know, that's debatable!) but physically I'm fecked...so any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm surrounded by pollen generators on all four sides.... I was thinking lemongrass might be a possible maybe? Turmeric seems to be suggested quite a bit (to take, not to sniff!) so might give that a go too. Symptoms: Each morning I wake up feeling as if George Soros tried to strangle/smother me in the middle of the night, but he was too weak to complete the job. My mum was on them for little while through a tough patch, she has total faith in all doctors and medical system, no scepticism at all. I believe that is why they worked for her for the 6 months she was on them and then off them again no bother. I know if I went on them they woudnt work, and I would get worse due to my unhealthy scepticism and distrust in everything in this world including all prescription drugs, so I would just get all the bad side effects and no good placebo. Placebo effect is massive. Hope you get off them and find something that works for you. many ppl have reported 'brain zaps' trying to get off them too quick??
