How about the AGENDA topics as threads  (I genuinely cannot remember properly what we had before) so

Climate change in food control scopex and darpa

Eugenics

AI Transhumanism inc SMART internet of things

Sabbatian Frankism

Nature of reality in Flat Earth

Interdimensionals, aliens and UFO

David's work discussions on

forum manual including shill troll and what to do.

I know there's more but you get the gist. Then under each heading there is a news thread so we can collate the tiptoe articles and on David's we can have links to latest news content.

Something which I would like to know from the members ....

What do you expect from the moderators?

What do you think that they should do?

Please remember that their first duty is to protect the forum .... so that it continues!

In short, I expect from them everything muir was. What they should do- everything muir did.

AND I ESPECIALLY EXPECT FROM THEM to be present and vigilant when any forum discussion thread gets derailed or diluted by irrelevant posts and info. The topic of any thread must match the content of that thread. It's only convenient.

Look what already happened here, on this thread. Clearly, the thread topic no longer matches the thread content. It started nicely with Gareth posting a question, the answers to which he is gonna pass to the webmaster. I came here for the info and I think this thread is important and relevant. I also wished to leave my suggestions and check if, perhaps, some people have already posted what I would be interested to see or use on the forum too. What I found instead was a mess. It starts nicely, first 1-3 pages, then it continues with porn outfit pic reposted a few times, a video and enacted by some members Monty Python scene, then it continued with exchange of all sorts of ideas absolutely unrelated to the topic of this thread.... Why???

WHERE WERE THE MODERATORS ???????????

It's was meant to be a great thread, which is currently in a state of mess, to go through 8 pages to find things that are actually relevant to its topic is a challenge. It will be a challenge to the webmaster too. And to Gareth. I think the continuous exchange of joking remarks polluted and derailed the entire thread. Now, for the visiting members and readers it's also difficult to sort through all the relevant and irrelevant posts.

The humour oriented squad could go to the existing BC "Humor Thread" and carry on with their humorous discussion there, just the right place. I will be happy to visit that thread later. But here and now, I really would like to see, in an uninterrupted succession, what others have suggested and what else would be relevant to add.

I expect the mods to be present when this kind of thread derailing (benign or not) is taking place and make it known IN TIME to all the participants who attempt to derail the thread (accidentally or on purpose) to stick to the topic.

And yes, it's necessary to have more than 2-3 moderators. For just 2 of you it's difficult if not impossible to be present in all relevant places all at once.

I know Gareth enjoys a laugh, and is more than capable of of indulging in a bit of light-heartedness, alongside the gloom. In my opinion, it adds to, rather than detracts from the thread.

There's a hell of a lot of deadly serious stuff on the forum and in the world right now, so I don't see the need to spam up the thread with self-righteous whinging - how about I ask for self-righteous whinging to be stifled on the new forum?

I disagree this is a serious thread which has been made a mockery.

I'm pretty sure the webmaster will concur.

Nine pages to read through ,which half of which are OFF TOPIC.

I may have written one off topic comment, on the other thread, but others wrote more, but the thread was locked about Muir, a

fantastic member!

Check it out folks.

BE IMPARTIAL, READ THAT THREAD, WHY WAS IT LOCKED AFTER MY LAST COMMENT?

Well you're welcome to disagree, but the thread was not made a mockery of at all. People were happy (for a bloody change) and therefore being lighthearted. I won't involve myself in this thread any further, so resume your deadly seriousness.

That's a slight.

It is a serious subject and that's why Gareth Icke made this thread.

I don't think he intended for 50% of the posts to be off topic do you?

As is your finger-wagging manner also a slight.

We know it's a serious thread. A lot of people have made a lot of serious suggestions in it.

You've already said that last bit before. Do you think the webmaster wants to read you repeating yourself? That's a bit hypocritical of you.

And I need to apologize, to all members, as over the last month I have been somewhat 'snappy'!

i could make excuse's but there is no point.

So sorry to anyone who I have been short with .... my bad.

I'm not finger wagging in your words at anyone. It's just my opinion, but you have taken a great offense by a couple of my comments!!!

I'm just pointing out this is probably the most important thread for members to have an imput into the structure of this forum, but some have chosen to make

it a comedy store.  That's not very intelligent imo.

If you were a member for the previous humour thread you would see I love humour, in it's proper place.

So as most of the comments have been off topic, here's another one, I hope the webmaster enjoys!

Well .... when I was a mod .... both Muir and Screaming would tell you that I get really pissed off with thread diversion.

Had lots of mod chats with them regarding it and they both allow it to a point.

I came round to the balance of asking the OP if they were happy with the path of their thread or if they would like it cleaned up. (many members have had pm's from me asking that question)

As Gareth is the OP .... he could easy clean it if he wished.

He hasn't .... and he does like to laugh as well.

There is only one moderator currently.

Do you consider that they should be on the forum 24/7?

Also no new accounts can be made right now .... so there is trust in the members not to create havoc at this time.

You know .... Muir never wanted to be a mod and it took time to get him to agree. The problem is that ....

Those who want to be a moderator should never be allowed to become one .... and .... those who can make good mods, don't want to become one!

And .... some 'members' are utterly different in pm's with the mods from the 'face' they show on the forum.

Anyway I have prattled on enough.

I like all the forum topics on the old forum. All of those please. That looked fantastic. I am sure they were changed for some reason I am unaware of.

I'll list them so people don't go back and forth

If you look at David's latest interview with Gareth there's a bit of banter going on there too (about the haircuts for instance).

People probably did go a bit overboard (me included) and I thought myself yes enough is enough cause someone is going to wade through all sh*t looking for genuine suggestions, so I left the thread alone.

As most of us here have a fair idea of where humanity is headed unless a large percentage of the population educate themselves, I for one find that it can sometimes  be challenging and disheartening. Couple that with the mayhem on the site recently with people being 'banned' and posts disappearing into thin air, and i think what happened on the thread was that people (me included) got a bit giddy.

I would like to make a genuine suggestion.

Can we have, pinned somewhere I don't care where, a list of abbreviations that people use in their posts as a reference for those of us who don't know all these three and four letter abbreviations (me definitely included!) that can be added to as needs arise?
