Yes Jones I believe we are. :classic_cool: The people complied but enough so they wouldn't get in trouble but so that they could keep their guns. For example, in IL people can have guns but they need to fill out a lot of paperwork. In contrast, in some other states you can walk into a gun store and purchase a gun right there on the spot as long as you pass a background check (the gun store makes a phone call).

Thank you, and you as well. ?

Good ??

Thank you; where I am is fine - full of ignorance, but I’m sure there will never be anything like there is there.

That's why we have the second amendment, it's not only to protect against a tyrannical government but to protect one's person. Let these antifa shits bring their bricks out to the burbs and they will be eating lead.

I wish I could show you one of my friends gun collection, literally guns just laying around the house, around the garage, all kinds, always loaded. One should always treat a firearm as it is loaded until you know by clearing the chamber, and those who don't know, should learn instead of being afraid. It's actually therapeutic to shoot a gun at the range, gives a whole new meaning to blowing off steam.

This lawlessness going on in the US is mostly in democrat states where guns are outlawed which now supports the pro gun people in that, criminals don't care about laws, and if the government are successful in disarming the law abiding citizens then the only people left with guns are the criminals and the government. And clearly the government don't give a shit about citizens never mind their constituents in the blue states so now all the people without guns are going to be defending their home with baseball bats and knives, exactly the same things antifa have access to, and a family of three or four or five are going to be outnumbered by a mob of blm and antifa goons.

Did you happen to see that one video of the man defending his cigar store from looters? They bugged out real fast and all that man had was a hand gun.

I personally do not have any guns but I do believe in their effectiveness against criminals.

We don't have children, so if you walk into my living room, you're likely at anytime to find a S & W M&P 9mm handgun laying on the coffee table, or maybe a really nice AR-15 propped up against a chair.  I keep them loaded, but without a round racked in their chambers.  Anyone who thinks they're going to group up and pillage my neighbourhood is going to find out real quick what a 5.56 Green Tip feels like in the ass.  My neighbour works in the guns store where I trained for my permit and bought my handgun.  Their are others very quietly living here in my burb also armed up.  At the first sign of unrest coming our way, there will be checkpoints setup at the two entrances.

What's really funny - you take a person that's never been exposed to guns before, and also probably a little scared of guns, and take them to a range and let them shoot.  99% of the time you just created a new gun owner because they go away from that experience jacked up to do it again.

Hi there, Mr Kersey, nice to see you are keeping well.?   What was a fictional film back in 1980s now seems to close to real life.

Yeah I kind of wish that I had gotten into guns early on in life but it's ok that I didn't. I enjoy shooting them and all the cool aftermarket parts, like cars or motorcycles or boats, etc, there is so much for them.

Guns definitely require respect, like martial arts, but people sometimes let the power go to their head. In a world without guns, people would still need to defend themselves somehow.
