I also agree that black lives do matter and that there is institutionalized racism. I also understand that the recent inclusive mantra of the left has been to say your one thing excludes other in prejudice. I am also aware of the good simple intentions many people had for the BLM but also how it cropped up with its martyrs around election time in 2016 and 2020 and seemed to get a lot more media coverage. I am uncomfortable with its Marxist roots and as someone who has faced racism all his life but is half white himself, I am in a unique position to say that both sides genuinely have some very fine people. I do remember during the protests I was in my towns high street and heard the sound of this basket ball being bounced, steadily approaching and echoeing right through the old Black Country town. A tall young black male was walking strong and proud with a beaming white smile only a black man has. He slowly strut along without missing a single beat looking down every white person that dared make eyes with him disturbed by the clarion call of his bouncing orange ball of racial justice. I smiled to myself in the knowledge of what had taken place in his heart that day and what he was about to instil in the hearts of others offended by his un-oppressed expression of self. That day a proud young black man walked with his head held up high through a racist town in Birmingham and loudly bounced a ball announcing to the world that he felt unafraid and proud. That did it for me. Even after all the dramatics he displayed before then. LIke you can see the fake struggle when the officer tries to get him out his car at the beginning. Also the whole time he is on the floor with a knee on his head, another officer is holding his hand, waiting for him to go out from whatever drug they gave him. Paramedics would not be wiaiting around till you choked someone then come & check their pulse FFS. You dont need to see the order out of chaos tattoo on his chest, or know his involvement with the officer. Obvious scripted, to start some race riots, with organised BLMarxist to jump into action, like in UK when they managed to organise a massive protest days later..puhlease. First of I felt he was lucky the Cop wasnt far more aggressive given his initial behaviour. He was moveing a lot, ignoring requests to show his jands and where to place them. Another Cop could have been far more aggressive in that instant. Next he was obviously high, stimulants no doubt as he was hyperactive and extremely scared and emotional plus they found a pipe on him. The Cop was understanding and didn't react aggressively to his several refusals to keep still and show his hands. It seemed to me that with all his carry on and falling down, screaming and so on they couldn't have known after crying Wolf when he was being serious. When he passed out it seemed they where relieved that he was finally being quiet and still. However, if someone passes out it stands to reason that if unconscious due to breathing difficulties caused by the position they're being held in, that keeping them there may kill them. Once unconscious he was no threat and thus should have been moved into the recovery position. Keeping your knee on an unconscious persons back who passed out due to the position they're being held in, is obviously unwarranted and the cause of his death. My verdict: Man slaughter due to gross negligence. Once unconscious there was no further need to maintain restraint. It was gross negligence to further continue the restraint that had caused unconsciousness by asphyxiation. If his restraint hampered his breathing to cause unconsciousness, then when unconscious his restraint could no doubt suffocate him to death. I think the Cops where just pleased that he was now quite and still and as they where being told to release him by the crowd the Cops being Cops decided to double down and maintain their choice of restraint. This was man slaughter. However, if they had shot him in the beginning it may not have been. Asphyxia or asphyxiation is a condition of deficient supply of oxygen to the body that arises from abnormal breathing. An example of asphyxia is choking. Served 5 years for a home invasion, putting a gun to a pregnant woman's stomach, multiple drug charges and was on Fentanyl and Methamphetamine when he died. The coroner said there was no sign of asphyxiation by external compression and that the drugs where the main cause of his death. The reason for his arrest was that he had just used a fake note in a convenience store. The media and BLM are wrong. They are delusional and the reason for it, is that they want power by any means necessary and if your not with them your against them, fight with us or we'll fight with you. Black and white will never be completely equal and black people know this, so until they can get power, unequal they will play the race card. Ask any black person if they feel white people are equal to them, racism goes both ways, differences is white people are in power. Didnt the black Egyptian pharoes enslave the Jews for 500 years, thats antisemitic, do the Jews deserve reparations. I agree slavery was wrong but no-one hunted Africans around the bush, shipping them off to America. The slaves where bought as slaves from African slave traders, they where sold by their own country men as slaves. If we ever want to get to some semblance of understanding and respect then we must be completely honest and transparent, else its just a power struggle.
