Once you stop doing that, the construct of this illusory programming starts losing its grip over you, until you reach to infinite consciousness where no words can be used.. In advaita vedanta I think, they call this 'neti neti'..not this not this...That means--- what the supreme consciousness is cannot be described in words- but we can only say-'it is not this, that or anything we can see, hear or feel from our five senses and using the language we have'.
