They've been accessing it all the whole time. The only difference now is they are starting to announce it and create the legal normality of doing so. This is all just smoke and mirrors for what they're already doing.

Probably, although this is an assault on encryption.

They seem to always announce the same kind of stuff worldwide around the same time, so the timing seems to be in line with the same kind of shit they are now pulling in Australia: https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6623

Not precisely the same, but in the same general direction.

Traditional Buying and Selling May Soon Become Obsolete without Biometric Verification
https://truthunmuted.org/traditional-buying-and-selling-may-soon-become-obsolete-without-biometric-verification/

'The dystopian future, where you can’t buy or sell without constantly being monitored and connected to databases containing your fingerprints, face scans, eye scans and more continues to rapidly leak into the present. The global engineers want humanity to go beyond being merely connected to the internet, they want each individual personally and intimately connected by unique bodily identifiers enabling the tracking of everything you do.

Zwipe, a technology company that creates self-contained biometric authentication solutions for payment cards and wearable devices is currently piloting a biometric payment card with an unnamed Tier 1 European bank with millions of clients across all continents.'
