Daniele80
I'm reading "The Perception Deception ..." and when I read that metal music negatively affects "water" I had doubts. I love metal (different genres) but for example "melodic power metal" .. how is it possible that those "sugary" lyrics can be negative? I think it is wrong to generalize a whole musical genre, or even in those lyrics there are "magic rites". Sorry about my English and if I wrote in this topic ps. try to listen these Edited September 14, 2020 by Daniele80
allymisfit
"I will taste the manna in every tree Liquid honey and wine from the distant hills An early morning greenwood concerto Greets my Walden with its eternal voice" Oh and how could I forget... "I do not wish to evade the world, yet I will forever build my own." Aah Edited September 14, 2020 by allymisfit
Bombadil
Lots to think about in lyrics of Canadian band Rush. Old stuff really pleasant and intriguing

Mr H
I remember growing up and I was a little kid at the time so didn't pay attention to any lyrics to songs. And this was on the radio a lot and it got on my nerves . Fast forward many years and I'm sharing a room before a marathon with my buddy who is really into his music and he starts singing the song. And I was like oh I remember that. And I actually started to listen to the lyrics he was singing. And I thought wow, what a bloody great song this is! My favorite line is: "Do I lie like a lounge room lizard, or do I sing like a bird released"? - Very relatable in these times!
