I don't have manc in me. My fam are from down south, but my uncle had a teaching job up there and I used to stay with him in the school holidays as a kid. Yeah I dig the Stone Roses. Got into them through the Matt Hoffman's Pro BMX soundtrack. I haven't seen Spike Island, will check it out.

THESTRONG-THEVALIANT 115
This was about 5 years ago, a song I heard on the Radio ... I heard it today and it reminded me of a time when I was connecting with Nature... Not really "My type of music" - but the vibes of the times for me when I heard this is what's special. May humanity re-bond with Nature! Edit: Nature is the Queen on the "chessboard". Edited June 4, 2020 by THESTRONG-THEVALIANT

I just wish some of my role models would remember their roots too instead of jumping on whatever agenda the elites are currently pushing. Oasis is a bit of a love or hate band, but I had some great memories listening to them when I would go and stay at my uncle's house up in Manchester as a kid. Liam epitomises everything most Mancs hate. Scally. Noel on the other hand - seems to be a top bloke.
Truthspoon 1,022
I hated Oasis for so long, until I took acid with a bunch of close friends, and finally Champagne Supernova made sense, and it became something almost holy between us. I gives a big nod out to the drug culture of the day... which was something I loved and survived. Edit, it was acid, even on speed I didn't GET Oasis, until I took LSD.
