Im pretty sure more wall was built or improved under Obama. Allegedly 100 miles under Obama. Under Trump allegedly 80 miles. One thing they do is collect "zero day" exploits in hardware and software systems and do not inform the software or hardware manufacturers so they can essentially tap in to pretty much anything with ease, assuming they do not have a planned backdoor in to said software or hardware which a lot of companies agree to.
