I would just like to know where you got all the other facts and figures from, in the heading you quote Eric Dubay and there is a pic of supposedly Mt Everest from over 900 km away therefore this must be the longest photo ever taken so you have in effect contradicted yourself at the very beginning The 443 km photo is the longest surface-to-surface photo ever taken, not the longest photo ever taken. One can see further from a plane of course, plus the atmosphere is much thinner at those altitudes and so you can generally see much further. alexa
I've a complaint to make, It really is a bit much that this thread has been moved all the way to the bottom of the forum, it's too far down, and it's getting too far for folk to let their fingers do the walking, especially for those who are getting on a bit. You've got to be fit in mind, body & strength to get here.
Anti Facts Sir
If you look at the forum home/main page, this subject is nearly always very visible, as it's pretty much the only active thread in the Members section so shows up as the last posted topic reply. It has more visibility than most individual threads in the other sections.
zArk
to be fair if a group of members started agreeing with the covid narrative or voicing suppirt for the great reset i dare say the forum wouldnt tolerate it so as a controversial topic, this threads continued existence is controversial in and of itself

I know, I was only kidding around as it's been a bit flat around these parts as of late.

It's a sign, we cannot come to an agreement, even a simplest of thing let alone the flat earth. 1
alexa
What a load of crap- as if Antarctica's 'Doomsday Glacier' is melting at the fastest rate for 5,500 YEARS - and could raise global sea levels by up to 11 FEET, study warns Researchers from the University of Maine and the British Antarctic Survey have measured the rate of local sea level change, which is an indirect way to measure ice loss. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-10926997/Antarcticas-Doomsday-Glacier-melting-fast-raise-sea-levels-11ft-end-century.html
sickofallthebollocks
I was in a discussion the other day with someone who said, 'if flat earth and density rather than gravity really is a thing then whast about the people who experience zero G?' I told them about the parobolic curve, same as when your arse leaves the seat when you're heading down on a rollercoaster:

Sorry to say its already melted, because it doesn't exist, and all the talk of these rising sea levels ,water has a negative coefficient of expansion so what does that tell you if the the glaciers melt (which they're not by the way)
zArk
1 hour ago, alexa said: I don't see how, all this is conglomerated together. there is a notion that says there are people who wanted/want to melt antarctic ice to get access to crude oil and other resources expected/known to be there. hence weather modification to warm up the antarctic was, 100 years , the big thing then around the 50's it was puvlically voiced that cooling was needed bevause the antarctic was going to melt by *insert future date* so now comes the thought, if the antarctic melts, the area becomes easier to travel and develop for money ....and when money is to be made the 'antarctic treaty' and restrictions of the area will be thrown out for the love of money interesting situation billy boy gates is all for cooling and sun blocking i am unaware of anyone publically saying 'lets melt the ice' overall temparatures are going down i.e 34 degrees in london on friday but pissing down and a cool 14 degrees scotland and n.i
oddsnsods
Must be why you get upto 17 hours light in the southern hemisphere in December solstice & upto 17 hours darkness this time of year globally. not mentioning the 24 hour light Antarctic circle, as that doesn't exist of course. Check it out for yourself. Being as the flerth sun doesn't rise or fall, must get melted at some point, as it passes round its magical 24 hour circumference no matter what the season. *tumble weed moves in*

I agree its a load of crap. Here's a nifty little experiment for you: Fill a glass with water. Add a load of ice cubes. Wait for the ice cubes to melt. See how much the water level has increased. When water freezes into ice, it expands, so increases its mass. The volume of water is still the same. (Or maybe I've got that the wrong way round) Either way, big chucks of ice or glaciers look big, but when they melt, the mass/volume doesn't all become the same amount of liquid.
DaleP
So it seems that we've got a problem with the Moon, and even Mars. NASA just can't stop publishing fake photos. Based on their poor track records, what are the chances of Earth being flat then?
