The Antarctic Treaty came into force on 23 June 1961 after ratification by twelve countries. Each country guards it's own making sure no one fly's or goes there who shouldn't.

1 The top picture the horizon is so blurry it makes it hard to see which is very deceptive ,however on the right hand side under the red line you can see curvature

2 Who took the second photo? I don't why you would try to prove the earth is flat  with a pic of the worlds highest mountain range, this time the right hand side is blurred out but but on the left you can definitely see curvature 

3 Photo 3 is the best, at both sides of the pic you can see definite curvature under both ends of the red line and you don't even have to look close .

That's why you use objective measurements and the scientific method. That's how we've known the earth is spherical, since at least the time of the Ancient Greeks. Even school children can run their own experiments to prove it.
