That's the problem. Refusal needs to be coordinated and in overwhelming numbers. Without an effective means of communication, it will be hard to do.

This is why I'm losing hope. There's too many brain dead morons who just suck down the official line of everything. It's impossible to get them to even take a second look at the official story, let alone believe it, let alone take any kind of coordinated action. LOL. As long as their reality TV and other mindless entertainment shite doesn't get cancelled, they could care less. Roll up your sleeves you idiots and enjoy what's coming your way.

Can they take further action if you don't pay? Has anyone tested it?

If it's a criminal fine, you could in principle be sentenced to imprisonment for wilful or neglectful non-payment.  The way things proceed is that if wilful or neglectful non-payment is suspected, then as a last resort you are summonsed back to court (a Magistrates' court), and if the Magistrates (or district judge) are satisfied that you should be committed to prison, they will issue you with a suspended prison sentence first, to be activated only if you fail to keep to whatever new payment arrangement they negotiate with you or impose on the day of the hearing.

On the upside, imprisonment would normally have the effect of writing-off the fine or rendering it unenforceable.

If you genuinely simply don't have the means to pay, then there is no effective way of enforcing it.  Possibly they could garnishee benefits and the like, for what good it would do as it would normally be a matter of them deducting only a minimal amount.

(As an aside, I may be mistaken on this point, but my recollection is that if you are imprisoned for non-payment of a fine, then you are classed as a civil detainee, rather than prisoner, which has some implications for privileges you have).

So best to be poor. If you have any assets or income, you're basically screwed.

Every year, they will extend it. Until you finally forget what it was ever like to travel freely. It will be wiped from your consciousness and you'll remember nothing but this...

International travel off the cards for 2021, coronavirus border restrictions likely to remain in place

Hey Bill... Put your money where your mouth is. Hold a live, televised/live streamed debate for the whole planet, with the likes of Doctor Mike Yeadon and other experts who have exposed your bullshit. Come on Bill. If you're so confident, you will wipe the floor with them. If it's all just baseless conspiracy theory, then you should have full confidence in any live debate.

It would be nice if he could look into the camera properly without stroking his damn head. His body language is so insecure. lol

I would pay good money to see him rocking back and forth like a mental patient, just like he did in the old days...

Bill has got a fantastic brain. It really is the best brain in the entire world according to Bill and of course when you have loads of money and surround yourself with yes men they tell you the same. That’s why he never saw this coming. Because he’s really got a average autistic end of the spectrum brain but with his wealth he can buy brilliant brains. Like Elon Musk

Hugo (talks) has a good question:
How many of the people, who have died of the 'virus' in care homes, over the last 2 weeks, have had the vaccine?
The reason for the question is this report in the dailyfail:

This increase started from around the 22nd Decmber 2020, the time that the vaccines were rolled out in care homes, coincidence?
See the vid here (only 2 mins)

Last time I checked, was around 700,000 people signed a petition to have Gates investigated & arrested for crimes against humanity.

Now been deleted since Biden took over.🤐

Elon is another salesman front for the cult. So called self taught genius programmer, on a commodore 64. His family history again exposes him, like Bezo & Gates.

More than 78% of over 80s had the jab so far.

Would have been so much easier if people had resisted from the start.

Governments/ALL Authoritarians need to be stripped of all powers and discarded as not fit for purpose.

Its clear that the globalists and the remainder of the worlds population cannot co-exist peacefully.

Authoritarianism has no place in society, is antithetical to society and serves only to ultimately enslave and destroy society.

When principles are based on individual life, then those principles will serve society and society will prosper.

What's so hard to understand?

Short term Roadmap!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Recognise subjugation

Resist Subjugation

Reverse Subjugation

This does not constitute advice

Always wear a helmet

The public didn't resist because the oligarchs brilliantly hit all the right buttons with their fear project.

The two previous attempts - ISIS and Global Warming - failed to  take hold in a big way.

But con-or-a-virus plays on fear of disease, fear of death, very potent in an age without religious faith.

Maybe we should be grateful that they didn't combine all their fear propaganda, with headlines something like this:

Covid infected ISIS madmen try to melt the icecaps!

Or hide your assets or deny you have assets.  As a practical matter, most people in this situation avoid payment by taking advantage of slowness/inertia in the system.  Appeal everything and complain, etc.  If you can't overturn it, avoid the bailiff/enforcer as much as possible.  When he catches up with you, claim poverty.  Delay returning proof of means forms, etc.  When it gets to court, say you'll pay £1.00 a month - which in effect amounts to non-payment.  Then don't pay.  Then say you forgot, etc.

Ultimately, I believe those of us who disagree with all this will have to live in parallel societies.

EDIT:
78% of over 80s - I wonder how many of those are actually in care homes specifically and what the ratio is there?

Another thing I noticed is that the new 'deadly strain' was first reported at the end of 2020 around the same time as they first started using the vaccine.

I don’t know his family history but I’ve seen some ted talks. It’s all about finding brilliant brains and wooing them with money. He’s not the brilliant brain himself.
