Message added by Grumpy Owl,

This topic is for all general discussion regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic. There are of course numerous other related topics for discussing specific aspects of this pandemic in more detail. And there are other parts of this forum for more 'off-topic' discussions.

Stuck for words....

  • The city of Beijing is using Covid anal swabs on residents amid a fresh outbreak
  • The nucleic acid swab needs to be inserted about 1.2 inches inside one's rectum
  • It is to be rotated for several times before completing the 10-second procedure
  • Expert says the derriere method is 'more accurate' than throat and nose tests

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9192251/And-thought-nose-swabs-bad-China-begins-using-anal-swabs-test-Covid-Beijing.html

In certain Western medical spheres, this procedure is also referred to as the "Bullshit detector."

I think EW first alerted us to this new orifice test a few pages back...lol, but it has made the news here too. I hope they don’t use the same swab, particularly if the rectal test is first 😂

Just caught a bit of Jeremy Vine and he came out with the line...

"But we're not a military state."

Glossing over the fact that a police state is already here.

They're deliberately doing all they can to get the people to take to the streets and revolt on a daily basis.....at that point the police will be joined/replaced by the army and we WILL be a military state.

Planned as fuck.

That's my opinion anyway.

Hong Kong turns to 'ambush lockdowns' to fight COVID-19
https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/asia/covid-19-hong-kong-turns-to-ambush-lockdowns-14051300

'HONG KONG: Hong Kong has begun using "ambush lockdowns" to suddenly close off and test everyone inside neighbourhoods where COVID-19 cases have spiked, as a spate of recent outbreaks lays bare the rampant inequality in the wealthy Chinese finance hub.

Police cordoned off a row of densely packed tenement buildings in the Yau Ma Tei area overnight on Tuesday (Jan 26) through to Wednesday morning to conduct mandatory tests.'

The new tactic involves authorities giving no warning of an impending lockdown.

City leader Carrie Lam said such "ambush style" lockdowns were needed to ensure people did not flee before testers move in.

"I thank residents in the restricted area for their cooperation," she wrote on her Facebook page on Wednesday as the lockdown was lifted.

A similar two-day lockdown in a neighbourhood over the weekend was leaked to the media a day before police moved in.

Tuesday night's operation was small.

Some 330 tests were conducted in 20 buildings, with one COVID-19 case found.

But authorities say further ambush lockdowns may be necessary in the days ahead.'

I'm not convinced exercise does people any good anyway.  Exercise only became a separate concept due to the unhealthy sedentary lifestyle that most people lead and the rise of supermarkets.  Eating normally and moving around a lot should just be natural things that people do almost without thinking about it.

its the option for Government to align legislation with common law

exercise fits into their bureaucratic system of healthy

the bods in Gov know its their duty to provide space for the common law, rights of man, for people to access,at any time , public space. Removal or omittance of that right in legislation would be negligence.

n.b not saying they wont do that but the law is specific that people can, without impedance, exercise as many times a day outside as they wish.

i am not saying that the Gov are wonderful but i am saying that the law is still being adhered to and therefore there are people in Gov protecting rights as best they can

Am I the only one who is frankly concerned about this Daily Mail article comparing the effectiveness of Infrared non contact body temperature thermometers with what they describe as rectal thermometers.

Are we going to be asked to bend over before going to a restaurant?

Also hoping they don't give people the option of where they'd like the probe before being seated, clearly some restaurants would fail to clean the probe between guests!

Well I knew the anal swab was coming too!

"

A plant where doses of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine are produced and stored has been evacuated after receiving a suspicious package.

North Wales Police said officers were at Wrexham Industrial Estate in Ash Road, Holt.

Vaccine producer Wockhardt UK said: "Upon expert advice we have partially evacuated the site."

Police said a cordon had been put in place near the Wockhardt plant and the public have been asked to keep away.

There are no reports of any injuries.

The BBC understands that the bomb disposal unit is on site."

This can go one of two ways can't it?
1) Makes the ptb think carefully that people/humans aren't going to put up with this shit anymore and are going to be doing something about it .
2)  It's all part of the plan to make anti-vaxxers appear militant and upsetting the waters. To stir up some more hatred amongst ourselves (divide)

An interesting analogy I have seen on social media relates to your point about how this should have been nipped in the bud before we became too deeply buried and trapped amidst the dangerous lies.

The flaw in this is what goes in must come out. The mouse would exit the jar by climbing up the pile of his own waste.

Anti-vaxxers are now considered 'comestic terrorists' in the USA. They are part of a long list. No doubt anyone on this forum (77 snoops excepted) would qualify for membership.

having grown up all my life around bomb alerts/threats, and still do, i'd say it's more number 2. it will have an already fearful public call for more government protection and police presence and further discredit the truth-seekers as terrorists.

these 'security'/intelligence bastards work in the shadows.
