Fish, lean meat, salad and fruit are the most prominent items in my diet, plus lots of vitamins/minerals. I was talking with a couple friends who are in the uk about this last night. One thinks violence is the only way out of this, the other said its exactly what they want. What's for sure and I say this as a pacifist and a believer in the teachings of christ that when I think of the idea of forced vaccination, forcibly removing people, using fear to manipulate and worse then I think although I agree with friend number 2 that certain tactics are certainly called for. Like I said to someone earlier, if people want to live in fear, wear masks, go get vaccinated and hide away that's their prerogative.ill give my opinion but each to their own. Second someone wants to tell me to do these things we have a problem and its absolutely fair enough to reply with force.
