Message added by Grumpy Owl,

This topic is for all general discussion regarding the current COVID-19 pandemic. There are of course numerous other related topics for discussing specific aspects of this pandemic in more detail. And there are other parts of this forum for more 'off-topic' discussions.

It also kills friendships.

The workshop that always does any work needed on my car has been shut for the last 3 weeks.

I was quite worried as it is a one man business and I have become very friendly with the guy that runs it over the last 10 years.

Today, I noticed it was open and pulled up to find out why he'd been closed for so long......"I've had Covid" he said.....I laughed and said   "There's no such thing, you've had a bad cold or flu, quite common at this time of year for a bloke of your age" (He's 61).

You'd have thought I'd told him I'd just shagged his wife by the way he went into a rage....called me a fucking nutter and more or less chased me out of the place.

He's now a fully paid up member of the Branch Covidians.

What a melt.

Won't be taking my car there again, that's for sure.

Yet another undercover covid-sucker, now revealed in his true colours, bollocks to him ziggy.image.png.ae771800d204d74ac3853daf71af8185.png
I was never a believer in the term 'man-flu' but, next time you walk past his garage, toss him one of these badges.

Can anyone find the BMJ study about there being little to no risk of asymptomatic transmission after studying 10 million people in China? It seems to have vanished, I do see a lot of news articles about it but none link to the study. I found some articles discussing the study on BMJ, where they try to down play it of course. Maybe they are covering it up because they didn't like the conclusion.

Is it this one? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33219229/

Stringent COVID-19 control measures were imposed in Wuhan between January 23 and April 8, 2020. Estimates of the prevalence of infection following the release of restrictions could inform post-lockdown pandemic management. Here, we describe a city-wide SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid screening programme between May 14 and June 1, 2020 in Wuhan. All city residents aged six years or older were eligible and 9,899,828 (92.9%) participated. No new symptomatic cases and 300 asymptomatic cases (detection rate 0.303/10,000, 95% CI 0.270-0.339/10,000) were identified. There were no positive tests amongst 1,174 close contacts of asymptomatic cases. 107 of 34,424 previously recovered COVID-19 patients tested positive again (re-positive rate 0.31%, 95% CI 0.423-0.574%). The prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 infection in Wuhan was therefore very low five to eight weeks after the end of lockdown.

Bradfords new I - Walker scheme!!!!    🤣

A paid twat to walk around the town centre with a tell-a-vision on his shoulders/head.

Great stuff - well done Bradford Council!    Great to see first hand what your freemason bosses have decided how to 'keep everyone safe'

They have been forced to remove their once proud explanation off facebook due to so many negative replies.
This comes after Bradford Council warned residents that they were forced to increase the Council tax in the coming year, and then they go and spend the taxpayers money on this.......

It was about us looking at our beliefs and realising they *are* beliefs, and as such probably/definitely have some cognitive bias. It's one of the most important things in a person's growth to realise this, I believe. For many reasons, mostly because of our upbringing, we are biased, it's inevitable. The best thing we can do is check our sources and references but unless we're experts we're all choosing the experts that match our bias.

Personally, I've always shaped my belief system with this pretty reliable method...........If it has feathers, a beak, waddles and quacks, it's highly likely it's a duck.

I'm not one for conspiracy theories :-D but very curious timing of his 'death'

COVIDgate: Awfully suspicious that biocehmist Kary Mullis who invented the PCR test died on August 7, 2019.

https://stateofthenation.co/?p=30925

Then theres the lovely Brandy Vaughan.....reminds me of the 'suicide' of David Kelly...

He was worth 15 million dollars and had several ex wives. He once confided that LSD inspired his PCR test device. He was also a consultant for the OJ Simpson trial. He was 74 when he passed.

golds gotta rise soon

I believe we are on the cusp... gold & silver sill price suppressed and currently standing at £1352/oz.

If you've any spare cash, get in on gold a silver now before Uncle Klaus pushes the big red reset button because after that it's anyone's guess where it's going to but it certainly won't be down...

This is why all the governments are racking up enormous debts to pay for their various covid schemes.. they know they won't have to pay it back!

Sorry but do you really think they intend to allow you to keep that metal?

Hope you're right.....I personally have around 50% of all I own in gold and have done for years.

I was quite happy when it hit £1559.00 an ounce on the 6th August.....How it's fallen by over £200 and ounce in the 6 months since I'll never know.

It's fallen by £80 in just over two weeks!

No idea if local only in Germany, but my family there just told me that they have new mask rules in their area. You have to wear a "special" mask to go into shops - not these throwaway ones we have. Think they are referring to the medical grade ones. Apparently almost impossible to breathe in.

Sometimes these things catch on in other countries, so just making people aware this is a possibilty here.

Or you could view it, the dollar has risen in value in two weeks, but we of course know that currency has no real value.

But yes, to any other person who hasn't already - agree with the other post above - if you don't have your money in real assets the next few years you can say hasta la vista to your wealth.

I know. Now I've posted I've been thinking about how nothing at all in the world could change my mind about all of this. I'd stake my life on it and will possibly have to. But if I can admit cognitive bias then maybe I'm just wishing 'the other side' ;) could too.  I can't find Fluke's post now, but he said it better than I can. I was probably reading around the forum and reading folks total conviction about 'their' religion and it struck home. Also, the posts yesterday about trying to persuade others of our opinion . It doesn't usually work. They're going to read their usual sources.

I'll get me coat.

Uber are offering free rides to vaccination centres if any of you are interested 🤭

That could be handy if the shops or your friends / family are next door to a test centre.

They're not going to actually escort you inside, are they ?

Camps in Germany? Who could have guessed. Maybe they'll refurbish Dachau and Mauthausen.

Perfectly put. All the 'nudging' suddenly made even more sense to me when the 'trigger was pulled' on this covid hoax. I've always kept my personal 'anti-vax' ideas to myself for want of not being ridiculed but Ive been very vocal in regards to this current gene-therapy.

Even presenting basic 'official' facts;  it wont stop transmission, it wont stop you from catching it, it just decreases symptoms means it is not a vaccination even by the CDC definition, developed in less than a year (I believe it was already there in the wings) being rolled out to the entire world! no animal toxicity trials, unknown fertility questions eg the spike proteins Syncytin similar to the protein needed for a placenta to attach to the womb,  previous corona vax trails caused disease enhancement and a cytokine storm in ferrets when infected with the wild virus... for a virus with a 99.8% survival rate - questioning loudly these basic WTF questions regarding this gene-jab has got me labeled "ANTI-VAXER" quote from a friend 'I didn't know you were an anti-vaxer, you make me sick'

Holding a masters in psych and religion means nothing as I am now 'unintelligent' for calling out the blatant deceit and lies, even providing a litany of evidences and categorically saying 'Im not asking anyone to believe ME, but you must question this official narrative" means friends now say quote "I hope he gets better".

How anyone dare mock us 'conspiracy theorists' with such contemptuous scorn when the picture is getting more obvious by the day has only highlighted to me how arrogant and condescending even the most meaningful person is.

PS. That psychopath Gates has recently bought up a shyte load of US farm land, no doubt to build laboratories to grow his 3d printed meat and artificial breast milk.

https://www.timesofisrael.com/israeli-scientists-use-nanobots-and-thoughts-to-administer-drugs/

"Israeli scientists say they have come up with a way for brain power to control when drugs are released into the body, by using tiny robots made out of DNA to deliver the medication internally.

Researchers ... have built the nanobots to which medication is attached and then are injected into the body. The nanobots have a “gate” that opens or closes"

CONSPIRACY!!!!

Mind Control experiment from the 1960s using a device on the bulls brain. Horrific. Technology of it would have moved on a lot from then

also proteins that are made inside the cell (method used with these vaccines) are sometimes referred to as robots. So I  interpret that as the DNA sequence is going to use the cell to produce the proteins/ robots that do not then sit on the cells surface waiting to be destroyed but travel out to every organ in the body.  The DNA sequence would be hijacking the cells machinery to make the proteins they want it to make.

Protein misfolding is believed to be the primary cause of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease, cystic fibrosis, Gaucher's disease and many other degenerative and neurodegenerative disorders

1: A person might possess a mutation that changes an amino acid in the protein chain, making it difficult for a particular protein to find its preferred fold or “native” state. This is the case for inherited mutations, for example, those leading to cystic fibrosis or sickle cell anemia. These mutations are located in the DNA sequence or “gene” that encodes one particular protein. Therefore, these types of inherited mutations affect only that particular protein and its related function

if those that get the jab do not become sterile they could be passing some gene mutation down.
