I remember reading something on the statewatch site a good few years ago that iirc I believe it is in UK statute law that it is a criminal offence to disobey ANY instruction or order given to us by a traffic warden. But the reason why they tell you the content beforehand or to allude to what is in it, is to soften the blow when it arrives (otherwise you're more likely to reject it). IF you listen carefully to the speeches, they often allude to future events to prepare your mind to accept them. I have never worn a mask and I will hopefully never wear a mask. I pay no attention to the daily government briefings and will never listen to the government on a daily basis. The government should have no interest over my health and no power of my choices that determine my health. There is no such thing as public health, there is only individual health.
