I think some level of self sufficiency is a requirement for that plan too. Yeah, unfortunately I think we're going to be able to rely less and less on the internet for communication with censorship expanding, but there will be a way. Unfortunately at the moment, this 'new variant' only exists in 'words' that people are saying, and these people are never challenged to provide the evidence to back up their assertions, because we must 'trust the experts'. I put an analogy to my colleague at work the other day, what if one day I called in and said I couldn't come to work because I'd broken my leg. Would you just accept what I had said, or would you request me to provide a doctor's note as evidence of me being incapacitated? Besides, if the current test kits are so unreliable that they are producing 93% false positives and are unable to determine the existence of a specific virus, yes indeed how has it been determined that there is some 'new strain'? The thing is, that people like myself who have brains that function logically, can see that this message/method isn't working. People have been using sanitiser, wearing masks and socially distancing for months now (remember, it was "only for three weeks" back in March), yet rather than 'slowing the spread', this all seems to be having little to no effect. Of course, the social media 'messages' being shared around now is that this is all the 'fault' of the "selfish idiots who won't follow the rules". But the people sharing these 'messages' helpfully provided by the 77th Brigade and the Government's Behavioural Science teams, haven't quite twigged yet, maybe none of this is 'working' because it was never meant to? I think we're rapidly heading towards a situation where people will gladly advocate the most extreme form of lockdown, "shut everything down and lock everyone in their homes!" But then when even that fails to work, where do they go next? Mass cullings / executions? "We need to stop the spread / flatten the curve!" Washing your hands and wearing a mask is making no difference because there is NO VIRUS and this is all contrived bullshit, the virus will continue to 'spread' while it exists in the minds of people, and is talked about endlessly by the media and government.
