The new variant is said to be up to 70% more transmissible, but there is no evidence that it is more deadly. It is rapidly replacing other versions of the virus, but there is also no proof to suggest that it reacts differently to vaccines. At least for now, the developed vaccines will almost certainly work against it, they claim. It's new, how do they know? Denmark, Italy and the Netherlands announced they had already detected it too. Following the discovery of a case in Denmark, neighbouring Sweden banned all foreign travellers from there.

that's where the flu vaccine has been rolled out leading to acute respiratory distress due to 'molecular mimicry'

"Mass Covid testing of secondary school pupils in England is to be greatly increased in January, in an attempt to reduce the numbers being sent home. Any students who have been in contact with a positive case will be offered seven days of daily testing, the Department for Education has announced."

ah but the war doesnt' end with end of your physical life.

You can't die. Then the real nightmare begins. lol

Hope you all got amo that you can carry around wherever you go. ;)

changing your self internally doesn't change the whole of the exterior reality

it needs enough people to change because we create this reality in aggregate

if we had enough people who understood the imperative of not giving away our personal freedoms like this the world would be a very different place

We've heard all this before... "it's just for a week, it's just to flatten the curve... etc". Having given it some more thought, to me unfortunately it seems to be a mixture of a diversion tactic away from Brexit and a way to make an example of the UK for daring to try and leave. I'd predict Britain is going to spend an indefinite period of time in probably the most draconian lockdown yet until (they hope) they've tortured everyone into getting the jab as a way to get some scraps of life back.

My thoughts go out to all in the UK, its going to be very hard times ahead. I'm grateful to be in Ireland at the moment but I'm not foolish enough to think this seemingly calm period here is going to last.

how to ignore your loved ones who actually care about your wellbeing and listen to liars like neil fergusson instead....

"Conspiracy theories instil in believers a sense of superiority. It's an important generator of self-esteem - which will make them resistant to change."

so if you disagree with them its only because you are deeply insecure; its not because they lie all the time....you see only the secure people blindly listen to the government!

the depth of these peoples depravity is astounding....

Stopped reading when she said 9/11 wasn’t a false flag event.

who fact checks the fact checkers

She talks as though she’s educating the informed how to deal with poor, silly, ignorant, slightly mentally deranged relatives.

Look little Sammy grandad has a slight problem with his memory so he may say odd things. Just smile and nod and hug him.

An appropriate piece of advice for little Sammy where poor grandad has dementia.

To consider your relative who brings new and legit information as retarded/deranged is soooo patronising and insulting.

Begs the question - Oh so it’s ok for the sensible and sane family members to have got their information from a corrupt and dishonest government and MSM without question?

But god forbid I, being considered the nutter, might actually have got my information from experts and actual government or medical reports that the MSM or social media have censored!

Pathetic!

The Italian MSM is reporting 2 cases of new Mark 2 COVID in Italy, naming it Englisn Mutant Coronavirus or English Variant Coronavirus.  Boris Johnson and the Brits will get the blame for the hard European lockdowns in 2021, for not taking the COVID seriously enough with their slowly implemented and slack lockdowns in the UK.

I think that is what is known as ‘Projecting’ when they put all their own issues /faults onto the other.  You can change it around to apply to those believing we’re in a mass deadly pandemic. The points on how to deal with them are not bad.

Slight change of title would fix things:

How should you talk to friends and relatives who believe coincidence theories?

Businesses going bust by the hour because of a mainly asymptomatic virus.

I don't believe the media wish to expose the level of hardship inflicted on citizens who have

already lost their jobs worldwide. I dread to think the number of people going hungry in 2021.

The Café de Paris is a London nightclub, located in the West End, beside Leicester Square on Coventry Street, Piccadilly. Opened in 1924, it became one of the leading theatre clubs in London.

This business with France closing the border to the UK has really fucked up our day at work today.

But on reflection, I don't blame them (France) for reacting the way that they have.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, and now I'm reminded of earlier this year when the UK went into lockdown.

WHY DID WE NOT CLOSE OUR OWN BORDERS LIKE THIS??

We continued to allow people to enter the UK by air, by boat or by vehicle through the Channel Tunnel.

Maybe now we'll start turning these dinghies full of illegal immigrants around and send them back.

Or maybe not.

This is all bullshit. Has anyone actually presented any evidence of this 'new mutant strain' of virus?

Is this all an excuse to just further cripple transport links between the UK and EU ahead of Brexit?

Is the UK about to become the next 'pariah nation', to be blamed for this new 'third wave' of Covid?

Think about it... If you're the Cult and you've successfully suckered 99% of the human population into believing the first official Covid fairy-tale, why not go for broke and pull a new fake virus story out of your arse? You know they'll swallow that too.

Hell, at this point if you told them a magic purple tea pot was launched into orbit in 1596 by Elon Musk, who time travelled back to save humanity by coding the tea pot to beam a special message to warn us about Covid in advance, they'd fkn believe it at this point.

Then the BBC will write a nice article about how we can talk to conspiracy theorists who don't believe Elon Musk time travelled and launched a teapot into space.

I study psychology and neurology very seriously and that includes access I have to Soviet research. Few people realise how "real" psychosomatic illness is. Even the familiar panic attacks are often mistaken for actual heart attacks by medics. In 2012 in Sri Lanka, there was also a huge wave of symptoms pretty identical to Covid. At least 2000 hospitalised. It was finally put down to psychogenic mass hysteria. That is, physical symptoms of flu caused by hysteria. In the same way, symptoms such as rashes, temperature and internal pain can be caused by neurotic hysteria. I believe part of the Covid symptom phenomenon is real but a huge part of it is psychosomatic, hysterical reaction.

This is an interesting area. Could you start a separate thread on it with any material?  Lockdown effects cause increased risk of systemic problems from what I’ve already read. I thought it was more to do with isolation itself but from what you are saying it is more how one would cope with it or that impending feeling of doom either from a deadly virus from their view or a tyrannical government from ours.  Either way knowing more about coping mechanisms and understanding it would help.

Dropping little seeds of information is better than lots in one go too. People like to think they came to the conclusions themselves. No one likes to have views pushed onto them.

Things are moving so fast that I'd now say for sure the UK is being used as the sacrificial lamb for the big reset. It has the perfect set-up with Brexit hanging over it. They can pull anything out of the hat - mutant! strains, new viruses, food/medical shortages, power/internet outage, road blocks, cash flow, 27 other countries not complying etc - and then impose solutions, blaming it all on (mythical) Brexit.
