This is all fear mongering and psychological trauma inducing, the government is run by psychopaths. They said we can all have Christmas and then week before they change their mind, after people who have barely the left the house all year have made plans, booked hotels and bought presents and all the rest. These people are sick in the head. 

 

My 65 year old mother calls me up terrified about me going up to visit them saying we will get fined. This is what the media has done, she is not scared of the virus, she is scared of the government. She is scared of people moaning when I am not wearing a mask if we go out for dinner, as we had planned. Two weeks before it is even an issue she is calling me up concerned about an incident at a restaurant because I am not wearing a mask. Think about that one, just think how much psychological propaganda someone would have to go through to have so much fear. I had to try and talk her out of it and explain why it is not a big deal. The worst that can happen is we leave or I wear a mask. She even admitted you only have to wear one when you walk in, you can take it off when you sit down. It is all psychological theatre. Then I said if it is tier 3 we can't go out anyway because they would have closed all the restaurants and cancelled all the reservations.

Just to clarify they didnt refuse me entry, I encountered the problems when inside, first by a member of staff then later at the till when trying to purchase a voucher. I didnt bother with the voucher of course when he told me about their policy, so dont know if they would have served me or not

That's great and every little helps. I think most people on here are doing similar, although the demise of what they call wet pubs is the last thing you should want, as it's the first thing THEY want. Trouble is, the ptb can live with a few of us doing our own thing because it's nowhere near enough to rock their boat.
