The reasons for not taking the vaccine keep mounting up, don't they. The maximum payout will £120,000 and the COVID vaccine manufacturer is indemified by the Government. So, that is the max compensation be it crippled for life or die. I thought that you could still sue the person who actually administered the vaccine (not the company) under a civil trial despite these exemption.
