Too overt and noisy and risky. AI, given great powers to predict outcomes, could make a fatal miscalculation by misinterpreting a critical input. They hesitate because they could instead incite a world rebellion on the part of those they are hoping will help them manage such a circus again. Besides, the microwave genocide is unrelenting (24/7 since the decade before covid, re: weaponized radiological utility metering devices..cell tower proliferation) and cutting our numbers in droves worldwide, silently,...invisibly. So why risk another major operation like covid when the other genocide is doing so well? Covid was also an experimental operation. Lessons learned they can move on. Had they given notice promptly they might have aroused suspicions in their policyholders that the shots were dangerous. Insurers were complicit in hiding those dangers. Once you get sick, you stop paying the doctor, because he was not doing his job properly. When he helps you get back to health, you start paying him again. In that time, in that system, the doctors earn money from healthy people. Today it's twisted, they earn money from sick people.
