"Contrary to popular perception, sumo wrestlers are not necessarily unhealthy. Recent studies have shown that they have normal levels of triglycerides and unexpectedly low levels of cholesterol, which actually lower their risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke"

They are dropping like flies. Heart attacks. The plot thickens.

My dad's ill. His never ill. Not once have I ever known him show any kind of weakness.thats what makes me think it's the jabberwockey. I was surprised he did it. He regrets it now.

3 weeks and his in bed.

I'm a bit of a wimp when I'm ill I take it badly. Lol. But I'm not this year.

Actually a bit concerned.

Lots of people around where I am are ill too. One has been sent to a care home having had a stroke. One has died. A couple have had seizures.  One spitting blood. Another with excruciating pain in the bollocks. Yet another with recently diagnosed stage 4 cancer. Madness.

Me ? Touch wood ... nothing

Sorry to hear that.
My dad is also ill, but then he’s constantly been ill after he got jabbed.

After his first injection he got diagnosed with cancer.

Whenever I get within 5 ft of him I end up getting ill, sniffles, runny nose, increased redness in the face, feeling a bit shit for two days after.

Not looking forward to Christmas.

There’s some new stuff on ‘shedding’ doing the rounds on alt media sites atm, could be worth a look.

Cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease. Thats complete hogwash. Every cell needs cholesterol. Especially the brain. Cholesterol is an excuse they use to put people on life time pharma such as statins.

I wish folks would look further than the crap printed in the press. Doctors kill people with pharmaceutical poisons.

Agreed!
It’s the food too.

Give up wheat, seed oils, sugar and any processed crap and watch your health miraculously improve.

People sleep walk  into pharmacy dependency, they aren't unfit because of drugs, they are on drugs because they are unfit

I went to the doctor 10 years ago and came out with a prescription for everything, instead I got a dog, one of those dogs that insist on 10 miles a day, then I got a mountain bike to chase the dog, 12 months later I didn't need the pills

Just had a fried full scottish 'breakfast' and a roll up tab with a brew. Stuff of leg ends!

Maybe it's the breakfasts the migrants are coming over for. Definitely worth dying for.

No offence, of course

Christ I miss my roll ups. Wish I could still smoke, instead of these f***ing nicotine pouches.

A nice pack of Dunhills, or some Pueblo rollies.

F*******k!!!

(Although I’m on the fry ups every morning, my only pleasure- 3 fried potatoes in butter with 3 eggs scrambled also with butter. No pork, no tomatoes, occasionally mushrooms. And black coffee.)

"Enough is Enough!" Emotional Scenes Unfold at Japan's Ministry of Health as 15 Families Demand Justice for Vaccine Losses - UPDATED

Listen carefully, all the staff going in! Listen! Those who truly know what’s happening are the staff of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare! It’s you all! Even now, recommending vaccinations, how many more people will you harm? Enough is enough! Stop it!

The One Show

Tuesday 17th Dec 2024

Quote

“There is growing concern about the pressure on the NHS over the next few weeks due to a tidal wave of winter viruses with cases of flu up 70 % the number of hospital beds available for patients has been massively reduced.

One town is taking matters into their own hands by moving some of the rehabilitation support out of the hospital and into the community. This one change is having a massive impact.

This is an exercise session for patients from the heart failure clinic at the hospital.

The session runs 3 times a week at the leisure centre.

This exercise class is bringing the hospital session to them rather than the patient coming into the hospital.

Who comes here?

Any patient that’s been diagnosed with heart failure. They get 16 sessions with us, and after that they can carry on at their local gym or here. It’s important for recovery, health and wellbeing. Mental health and physical health.

We try to encourage them in a community environment. The main aim is to get them to exercise permanently afterwards as well.

Another way they’re bringing healthcare into the community is through what is known as virtual wards, designed to bring the support of a hospital ward to a patient but without needing to be in hospital itself.

Bob Gardiner has COPD. Two years ago he had an operation to fit a pacemaker and a defibrillator. He went home a few hours after his operation to recover there on a virtual ward.

The nurses do the checks on blood pressure, the heart, reviews on medication.

You’re not going down there cluttering up the place just to get some blood tests done. It saves you from possibly catching something or passing something on.

Bob’s no longer under medical supervision (at home) but the heart rate readings from his pacemaker are monitored via an APP on his phone. I can go wherever I want and someone’s monitoring.

Virtual wards have all but eliminated the need for patients to spend what is usually up to 3 days in hospital, freeing up much needed beds.”

End quote

This was part of a 6 minute feature, and also referred to lowering missed appointments. At the patient’s house there was also an all seeing eye hanging near the front door, as a point of interest.
