Just a conveyor belt of stinking ill useless joes to palm off with pharma drugs for commission. It’s funny because round my way, a lot of drug dealers have nurses or social workers as their partners/ girlfriends. They get their customers strung out on high strength weed or coke, then their girlfriends mop up after them with mental health/ social care contracts.
