They are not going to give up this sort of bollox. Tossers !

I don't know... I have it since I was a kid (like 30 years now)... I could get to 140bits /s in rest... And it's true alcohol is the worst. It's sad because I like alcohol... 😸 I think it's caused by imbalance in electrolytes? Or maybe I'm just broken? 🤪 Anyways there are exercises which help to get heart on track... Worth to know them if ones have this condition.

ANd don't forget

Studies have previously revealed that people who had had Covid are at an increased risk of AF. 🤡

Merry Christmas one and all. Just in case any of you decide to imbibe a little more than usual, or have an extra roast spud, there's a "silent killer" waiting to stop your heart from beating. Our dear friends at the Sun have sent out a warning - an urgent warning no less - that includes an opinion from the ever-popular "expert." Don't do it. Don't have that last nip or pint. It's for your own safety.

Just eaten two meals worth of roast goods, feeling great. Maybe because I’m not jabbed?

What a load of tosh, shame on you Sun🤥

What's so silly about this is that it can't be any different from previous years. My local kitchen has done a nice job. No 'seconds' though so no risk of over-indulging  🙂

Crown of chicken roasted with carrots celery onion swede peppers garlic with my own garlic/rosemary/lemon compound butter slid under the breast skin, with batter pudding and roasted garlic potatoes with butter, plus greens and broccoli for digestion.
Very fucking nice too👍

What are these exercises? I'm in persistent AF and have been since the start of lockdown following a chest infection. Of course, they tried to blame covid retrospectively!

I would add CBD oil to the list and would be careful with lemon balm - it was making it worse... Valerian was a part of the best polish heart tincture strengthening heart muscle...

When it comes to my condition... It appears several times in a year. Quite random. It's fine when herbs are handy but when at work or outside I think if that's last day of my life and should've shave my legs... 😂

Put BBC Snooze on for a few mins while brewing a cuppa. Dear oh fucking dear....

Maxi Jazz gets a long tribute piece, footage from BBC shows, video clips, eulogies from (black) BBC presenter.

Now correct me if I'm wrong here, but neither Terry Hall or the Fleetwood Mac lady got fuck all in terms of coverage (beyond tickertape mentions).

Is this because....

They are not black.

They are not the sort of people the BBC are interested in.

They did not actively promote getting jabbed?

Answers on a postcard to the usual addy.

I was watching  a video about celebrities suddenly dying while preparing to expose paedophilia and then remember Terry Hall saying he was kidnapped by a paedo gang in France...

I guess it depends how long it will take people to get their eyes and heads away from and out of TV soaps, sport and the likes of Strictly and other TV bollox and start looking around at and researching details of other events which are real, vastly more important and making a societal difference and then joining dots ....... but IMHO, I can't see that time coming anytime soon. "Bread and Circuses". Oh well !  On the other hand, your statement is probably rhetorical. My apologies if so.

Yes, and take a look here, before it gets memory holed,: https://www.instagram.com/p/CLj5u12D-kn/

Lived for a year and eleven months after the jib jab.

A high proportion of the black community have - very sensibly - decided not to take the unknown syringe, Maxi Jazz thought otherwise.

I think many artists took it in order to perform or travel. Most took it because they were "fooled" into taking it. It is sad but it required an exceptional mind to see through their foolery. Who would have thought that every single government department had been corrupted into the killing mode?

Generally speaking, I think the more skeptical one is as a personality trait, the more unlikely one is to accept being jabbed. I know that I'm a skeptic, having been reminded by others on a number of occasions. That's not to say it's always a positive trait but, hey,......  it is what it is.

VAX DEATHS ARE SUICIDE SAY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES.....

https://www.bitchute.com/video/fJout8tUvJzK/

When the insurance companies stop paying out for vax injuries and deaths... that's when the shit will hit the fan. I have one problem with that. What happens when the vax manufacturer and the insurance company are owned by the same parent group?

And according to the fact checkers...
