I can't slate them 100% because they come in handy when you need a steel plate inserting in a snapped, dislocated anke, as I did a few years ago, so credit where it's due. But even then some twerp who looked like she was 12 years old bossily ordered me to hop to the lavatory when I half woke up from the anaesthetic after hours of surgery and had the audacity to request a commode, then looked like she was going to burst into tears when I growled that if she didn't bring me a commode, she'd better hope I was as incapable of hopping anywhere as I felt...they also discharged me with a big bag of crap & another of needles telling me I had to inject myself in the stomach every day for 6 weeks to stop clotting, but could not seem to be persuaded to demonstrate the technique...so they don't even get full marks for that.
