 Can you please provide a resource for your mentioning of colour and brain hemispheres, it would potentially help me with one of many side projects. 

Yoga, coordination exercises, even some breathing exercises, visualisation techniques, mindfulness, binaural beats etc can help synchronise hemispheres of the brain, light, without a doubt can too, I am yet to see anything on it to sink my teeth in to though however, I am not sure a particular colour can create a dominance or shift towards one particular side.

he was speaking in the context of news segments and how they often have blue backgrounds and he said this was to resonate with their right brain and make them more open to suggestion

People are more suggestible in alpha state just by watching TV, although if its possible to manipulate or switch hemisphere dominance by remote and passive means I am sure its done. Colour is absolutely used to manipulate on a subliminal level, without a doubt quite a lot on that as a subject. Would be much appreciated as I cannot seem to find anything personally, and I would like to, it would potentially genuinely help.

another key aspect of this is contemplation in the sense of day dreaming

 

which is to say a state that is between concentration and meditation

 

so its not concentrating and thinking hard about something nor is it trying to empty your mind

 

its a kind of neutral state where a person can then receive intuitive insights

 Green is also the heart chakra colour.

I dont know if I have mentioned this before, but about a year ago I came across something called the Harmonic Egg. This is a device shaped like an egg that you sit inside. Speaking of flu jabs.  I wised up to all this too late to avoid having the covid jabs, and I used to have flu jabs yearly as well. Now I don't know what treatments to trust, after all there's nothing special about covid jabs and any injection could be used as a vehicle for giving us their stuff.
