"On notice", surely, in this context, meaning that the schools will have 18 weeks to recruit teachers who ARE vaccinated so those allowed back can be 'got rid of'. Meanwhile, the schools are also benefitting from paying reduced pay for those allowed back.  Nice, ..... if you can get away with it, which they ARE ! I wonder if the unvaxxed students get fewer lessons

I have no doubt that this has been going on for some time now. I have seen low level small aircraft cut their engines for 30 seconds and dump something and then restart their engines. 20 -30 minutes later it looked as if it were snowing leaving a dusting all around my house. It was during the end of the day when the sun highlighted them making them easy to see. That dust when observed closely, resembled small white tubes with a few containing a dark thread going thru them that appeared to move. They are sticky and melt away when they become wet. They sometimes stick together in mid air, making long chains (like spider webs) as they float to the ground. It's easy to see them on something dark, or on the windshield of a car. Thanx for posting this 

 

I suspect that there's a connection between this "dust" or "tubes", Morgellons Disease, and the trans-human agenda.

 

 

I also suspect that they contain electrical nano-bots and a possible cure might be "Pulsed Magnetism" to essentially short circuit them. If a large EMP can destroy car electronic circuitry, then a small one should take care of small ones in your body. You can also buy hand held EMP devices or make your own using capacitors and coiled copper wire or simply convert a strobe light.

As I understand it they changed the definition of vaccines so these gene therapy injections could be classified as vaccines

Thanks for posting this. I had never heard of Rab but he came across as a lovely, down to Earth, humble but driven bloke. A very sad loss and heart-breaking to witness such great people succumb to this poison. RIP Rab mate, a life well lived. His partners words were brutally raw and I hope she get's through all this.
