But then comes a time when 'no' is not accepted by those insisting. It all starts with 'no', I agree wholeheartedly. Sometimes, however, that 'no' has to be backed up by action towards those people who insist 'yes'. Simply saying 'no' won't stop a firing squad. Apologies, that's a rough analogy.
