I file bits of every day, then soak the filings in a mix of bleach and vinegar which nicely oxidises the metals, I then filter and wash thoroughly before taking. I do look the tin man from the Wizard of Oz mind you! (Note I was joking!!!) Seriously I would only ever take health supplements from a recognised vendor.
