At the start of the pandemic, the BBC misrepresented video footage as Covid patients being locked up in Wuhan. The footage, in fact, came from an anti-terrorism drill. From that, it could be reasonably inferred that some of the other early Chinese videos coming out of Wuhan were fake news. Link to the video here.
