The best thing you can do for your health is move your body. Even 20 minutes a day of brisk walking will be of enormous benefit. The last two years of restriction will - I suspect - cause chronic ailments in many aside from what the vaccine has done.

I read somewhere recently that the military are concerned about recruits from the computer game playing generations because they have not built up the bone density of previous generations and as a result are not as robust and more prone to injury

out of likes Athenry but yes couldn't agree more he's a fucking abomination.
And his 'music' sucks.

Bands used to start because people got together that wanted to make music. Now it's turned into an excessive, often 'lifelong' grooming process, acting training if necessary and made up background stories, so forth and so on. This category of people is to music what donuts are to real food.

Since Kitty asked a little while ago if this thread was ready to be put to rest yet; this fine nonsense is one of many examples why its not. Also there is still no one that knows exactly how bad the fallout of the sting operation is going to be exactly but it seems extremely unlikely it will just blow over. Maybe people 'got lucky' and its only slow sterilization for the most part, but there is NO WAY 'they' put so much effort into all of it without a longer term plan, simply not an option. And even the short term, while not apocalyptic, is shocking and now being brushed to the sideline by the new fear in town. All previous sting operations together caused less deaths then this one, and we are not done counting yet by a long shot.

My sister lives in Victoria, Australia. She is 71 and has not had the vaccines and is awake to what is going on. But she just got fined $2726. Apparently somebody reported her. She's pretty stressed about it. Does anyone have any suggestions to what she should do or how she should appeal.

Use the Common Law?

It is still in testing phase and jabs are being 'offered' so she's not accepting the offers.

I cut out drinking tap water nearly 2 years ago and just drink bottled and have had no colds, flu, stomach upsets and probably enjoyed the best stretch of good health since I was a kid.

However I still like my tea and coffee and so because I'm boiling the tap water I assumed that by doing that it boiled the harmful stuff out but someone on twitter I read recently says that boiling it doesn't completely remove some of the chemicals, but surely it must lesson sufficiently the harmful effects that drinking unboiled tap water clearly does to your body?

Very much true. But you are not removing the toxins from the water, you are oxidising them into a less harmful state. The heavy metals and toxins in the water are very " aggressive " and will attack anything they come into contact with. By putting milk into the water, the toxins in the water attack the milk molecules and become less harmful by reacting with the milk molecules, rather than attacking the molecules of your body.

Better still get a reverse osmosis filer, cheap, reliable and will last for years. We have one, and the whole family uses it, in-laws and neighbours pop around for a visit and take 5 liters bottles of water with them when they go.

Most politicians, royals, upper class gentry have distillation units under the sink to throughly clean out the water.

This is really expensive to do, boiling and then condensing all the water back down uses up a lot of energy.

Of course everything these bar stewards do is paid for by the tax payer, so they don't give a fuck - bar stewards

You are right 100%

This is what I meant but worded it differently. I mean do you feel better for not ingesting all the shit in the water every day 😆

Definitely. Without the smallest tinest shadow of a doubt. 100% better. No more colds or flus, coughs. Everything is so much better. Never had a single illness since i drop kicked the public tap water out of my system.

Even when i go to the gym, i improve faster than everyone else. They all take a week off to rest, i take three days. I sleep less, eat less, can think and focus better. Skin has improved.

If you think about the sackfulls of industrial waste they dump into the drinking water supply, and i mean industrial waste from nuclear power stations and the like, no wonder peeps are catching cancer, heart attacks strokes parkinsons disease anemia. All that posion in the water must be eating them alive.

Ofcourse then we see the opportunistic thieves, the ever-grinning bar stewards on tv saying : " Give us money and we will find the cure for cancer " or whatever other disease they are trying use to con money out of you.

We already know the cure for cancer - stop shoving all that poison into the food and water, spraying the air with chemicals, and cancer will go away all by itself - bar stewards

Agreed, but if you're doing strenuous exercise, you should drink more water to stay hydrated. My old sensei (God rest his soul) always started the day out with a glass of tepid water. The kidneys work hard during the night to process the toxins in the body and the warm water - I add lemon because of kidney stones - speeds up the process of elimination first thing in the morning. The best thing you can do for your health is move your body. Even 20 minutes a day of brisk walking will be of enormous benefit. The last two years of restriction will - I suspect - cause chronic ailments in many aside from what the vaccine has done.

It's your life you can do as you please. But if you mean you are drinking the public tap water, then you are going to get problems. But its all up to you

The whole hydrated thing is so overblown. I exercise everyday and have never had any hydration problems.

People work out in the fields all day, on farms, digging roads, ditches, erecting buildings, and have been doing so for centuries, without hydration problems or the need to sip water.

I've never kept an eye on water. If i feel thirsty i will drink some purified water, if i am not thirsty i will not drink, i let my body tell me when it wants water, not the other way around

The human body is not stupid: if you are low in energy you will feel hungry, if you are low in water you will feel thirsty, if you are injured you will feel pain

Day 6: Eugenics and Outlook.

I’ve watched it all, in fact, I’ve watched every second of all 30+ hours. Irrefutable that the whole Covid scam was planned by evil people that want to kill the useless eaters and have already stolen all the money. Current EU pension shortfall is $77trillion.

The Excuses Begin: SAGE Admit Forecasts Were Wrong But Blame Brits

feature_graham-medley-777x437.jpg

Posted By: Unredacted Staff March 3, 2022

Grim modelling that over-egged the Omicron wave failed to ‘accurately predict the numbers’ because Brits changed their behaviour and models failed to factor that in.

When the ultra-transmissible variant struck, SAGE scientists warned that deaths could peak at 6,000 a day, sparking calls for another lockdown.

But in reality, fatalities only reached 300 a day, a quarter of the levels seen last winter.

Professor Graham Medley, who chairs a modelling group feeding into SAGE, told MPs it was almost impossible to predict human behaviour and that it was his job to consider pessimistic outcomes.

‘The epidemic is dynamic,’ he said. ‘People’s responses to the situation in March 2020 were very different to those in November 2020 and very different again in January 2021.’

Professor Medley, based at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, added: ‘The modelling is there to understand the process and what’s going on. We know we cannot accurately predict the numbers but we can give insight into the processes that determine the outcomes.’

Professor Medley, who heads up the Scientific Pandemic Insights Group on Modelling (SPI-M), was speaking to MPs in the Science and Technology Committee yesterday.

Another expert who gave evidence to the Commons committee said he feared the incorrect models could prompt Britons to ignore warnings in future.

Cambridge University epidemiologist Dr Raghib Ali said: ‘My concern is next time there is a new variant doctors will go on TV and say “this is bad” but people will say, “you got a lot wrong last time, we’re not going to listen”, and that’s very dangerous.’

My sister and her daughter run a dance school. I will ask her if it's okay for me to post the message she sent me about what happened. But basically they were visited by the Covid compliance team and they said the dance school wasn't Covid compliant because teachers weren't jabbed. She said it was a very unpleasant experience. But they changed their mind the next day because they deemed it as community sport (which is what my sister was arguing at the start). Apparently in Victoria community sports doesn't have a mandate for teachers to be jabbed. Then two days later she received a fine of $2726 because she wasn't jabbed. She reckons somebody must have reported her.

WTAF. After this I would rather escape to Mexico... 😞

At this level they should go to prison... For instance if you operate heavy machines you can go to jail if your reckless work kills someone...
