I recently figured out the frequencies which effect me emotionally on a positive level. Then I watched a video about cymatics and connected the shape to those frequencies. Now I use them to get into the meditation zone without all the breathing and other stuff usually required. What Ive discovered since experimenting on myself and in talking to lots of folks on a spiritual level, is that everyone may have different methods which work for them. Dont give up on meditation just because you cant do the breathing. For me, its all about the right frequency and visualising the connected image. I can just play certain bits of music to get in the zone. For others its Wim Hoff, or breath or even transendental.
