Not saying you are negative but you can collect a lot of negative energy by just going for a shopping, by posting in a forum, you get mud. Regardless of your age, it's still not too late to get some relief from it in a natural way. Look at DI, he says his arthritis does not cause pain anymore. You can heal yourself but if not willing then seek energy healers. I think learning it yourself and apply it daily is a must and there are many tools out there.
