Researchers at Cardiff University were surprised to find that both men and women were judged to look better with a face covering obscuring the lower half of their faces.

Really?

Apparently the model's name is Maria Shatalova.

Never heard of her.

Thank you.

The problem is, is that in just the 24 hours since she has been admitted she has completely changed her views about the jabs which she has always been adamant she wouldn't have. When I spoke with her today she was talking about setting a petition up when she comes home to honour the doctors and nurses on the front line treating Covid. They have clearly got to her, in her weakened state.  She is in her own room rather than being in a ward which I also don't like.

Where/how did you hear that she had been given all three jabs?

I find that difficult to believe. Even for the NHS.

But stranger things have happened.

Do you have the funds for a lawyer?

You need to know exactly what your rights are and the rights of your mother.

There's a website with information about NHS patients' rights, which is a start:

https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/health/nhs-healthcare/nhs-patients-rights/

It may also be worth trying to find out about the NHS Trust that the hospital belongs to. They should also have information about patient rights on their website.

For example, if you lived in Bristol, you'd find this:

https://www.nbt.nhs.uk/patients-carers/coming-hospital/rights-responsibilities

So find out your local NHS Trust.

Italicized text is from the article:

"That is what the majority today does — impose a limit found no place in the governing statute,” the liberal justices wrote."

Clearly they have never heard of the Constitution.

Although Congress has indisputably given OSHA the power to regulate occupational dangers, it has not given that agency the power to regulate public health more broadly,” the ruling states. “Requiring the vaccination of 84 million Americans, selected simply because they work for employers with more than 100 employees, certainly falls in the latter category.”

Other paragraphs reflect this.

It seems that it would have been fine if done by Congress.

I didn't see any discussion of the Constitution in there.

I wouldn't say that a mask makes people more beautiful. I would say that a mask makes most people less ugly.

Depending on the person.

But in everyone's case it makes them less personable.

It removes a vital aspect of their personality. The smile.

She hasn't been given any yet. They have to wait 28 days before she takes her first one because she has been diagnosed with Covid.

They will give her the first one and then she will be discharged to have the next one and the booster in intervals.

I don't have the funds for a lawyer.

My money is on -

1) part of the theatre.

He will either be deported as a 'lesson' to everyone or will contract Convid and bail out of the tournament.

If No.2, he's a rarity imo.

It is nice to see, but I don’t know if anything will change from it. Am more curious about Austria as they had until feb to get it isn’t it? Then jail or a fine they threatened. Will see if it happens

I don't have a source for the following, other than 'someone told me so'. However, I have been informed, reliably in my opinion, that they did back down somewhat in Greece. They originally threatened to fine everyone over 60, who didn't get vaccinated, 100 euros per month. This was supposed to start next week. Apparently, this will now only apply to those earning over 1,000 euros per month. Pensioners, on the breadline in Greece, don't even get half that much. I presume that there will still be a legal ruling on whether the revised proposal itself is acceptable, which of course it isn't.

Given the amount of cross border travel, between Wales, Scotland and England, then it will be untenable for Scotland and Wales to retain draconian restrictions, while England hasn't even introduced them.

So Boris Johnson is finally caught out partying instead of being locked down. Does anyone think the sheep will consider he was doing it because covid was bull or are they just gonna go he broke the rules why my loved one blah blah blah.

The mass media never seem to question why those who sold us the narrative the hardest, such as Hancock and Ferguson, flouted the rules. In May 2020, on live TV, Hancock firmly stated that folks shouldn't visit the countryside, in case they 'touched something that someone else touched'. Say, like a stile or a tree. As for Ferguson, he has touted many worst case scenarios. Their subsequent actions suggest that they didn't fear any danger in the slightest. It is also strange, how the mass media vultures didn't feast on them much at all. With Ferguson, it is like it never happened.

Regarding the BYOB party at Downing St. Someone may have already touched on this because it's so glaring. This soiree (there will have been more than one) took place when 'Covid' was reportedly at its deadliest.

Forget the fact the MSM are focused on the one rule for them side of it - a clear distraction. More pertinent is how many of the party-goers became ill, let alone died giving it large in the middle of the maelstrom of a deadly virus? None. What's more, this gathering was mere days after Boris was reportedly on his deathbed with the thing. If that doesn't make you question what's going on, nothing will.

BoJo was released from hospital on 12th April, some 38 days before the alleged 'party'. Most pertinent, is how none of the attendees feared any virus. Since this whole scam began, out of all of those selling us Covid, I don't think I have ever noticed genuine fear in any of them. Not one and not once.

Do you think that your mother would sign a lasting power of attorney giving you the authority over consent to any medical procedure?

Before she went in I would have said YES but hearing her bigging up the jabs today, less than 24 hours after she went in, I can't say. I think they are definitely getting to her because of her use of the word 'stupid' to denote my wish to remain unvaccinated when up until yesterday she too had not been jabbed.

I am in a very bad way.

My mother has been admitted into hospital. Just after 5pm yesterday evening she left here. She told the paramedics she did not want the Covid jab and they told her they would respect her wishes.

I phoned the hospital at 8.30pm and asked about the status of my mother, to be told by a doctor that upon admittance she had tested positive for Covid and that "after a long chat with your mum, she has agreed to have all 3 jabs." I was horrified. We have gone this far without them. There is no way she would agree to that.

He then said to me that the diarrhoea she was having is a symptom of Covid. I told him that the diarrhoea was the direct result of the antibiotics which had been prescribed 3 days earlier for her water infection.  He ignored this. I asked if she was going to be administered midazolam or remdesvir and he seemed shocked at this and replied that they had considered both but likely wouldn't be given this to her at that stage but that she was on oxygen. She was breathing just fine when she left our house.

They've administered 3 while you are not there. I wouldn't trust them.

You said you can't visit her.... can't you sneak in somehow? Bring her some bio-yoghurt if she can eat to restore her flora.

I called again this morning to be told that she was sitting up, eating, drinking and that I could speak to her if I wanted to which I did. The change in my mother was shocking. She has clearly been got to because she kept mentioning that there was no issues with her not having had the jabs and that no one judged her and then she told me that I was "stupid" for not having had the jabs and that I am to have them or else I am to look for somewhere else to live when she comes out of hospital because I would be "putting her at risk." It was like listening to a Covid vaccine infomercial. I would be the one at risk surely for not having taking the jabs?

Anyway, this evening I spoke with another doctor who told me that although my mother is now off the oxygen and back on air that she could 'reach a nadir at around the 5-7 day mark' and it could lead to multiple organ failure and I need to give him permission not to resuscitate her should that happen. That I am to think this over and he wants my wishes made known in the next 24 hours. He said that her mortality rate is between 10-30% and that I have to hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

It's every nightmare I have ever had rolled into one. I think they are going to ease her out. I don't think she is leaving there. Because of her Covid status, they are not accepting any visitors for her. She's a sitting duck.

What are my options legally please because I don't like what is happening?

I get that feeling too. Without them, she would be fine though.

Print out a fake positive result and visit her?

I don't know how much you can fight legally...can't think at this minute but if I were you, go and see the doc, get his name and make a note of the conversation and tell him that too. Show him the print out of this. It could be that they are still using this brand of PCR test.

Just to add.

You may be able to convince her that now she has natural immunity it is better than any of the jabs which will wear off over time.

Take articles with you that she will find persuasive.

You know her best but I would push it on the basis that natural immunity is best rather than debating the clot shot.

Usually at the time someone writes a will in favor of a relative they will also grant a power of attorney enabling that relative to make medical decisions.

But not always.

Obviously if you had a legal right to make her medical decisions you would be in a better position.

If she is still deemed mentally competent to make her own decisions that makes it more difficult too.

I'll have a think about it.

Surely, JJ could write a letter and hand it to one of the nurses to give it to her?

And she can post the signed form back to you for the guardianship?

I feel like JJ needs to act quickly before they kill her.

OR, you could tell the doc to release her so that you can take her to stay in a private hospital.

Here's the page for Berkshire West:

If you're not in the west of the county, you could still ring them and I'm sure they can help you with the right number to ring.

Another number you can also try:

The Patents Association helpline: 0800 345 7115

https://www.patients-association.org.uk/helpline

So you have lots of different avenues now to try to get information. Good luck!

If it is a power of attorney there are witnessing requirements.

I think it needs to be a solicitor. But would need to check.

Plus she is going to have to agree with it so JJ will need to discuss with her.

The best thing you can do is take notes of the sequence of events that lead to your mother's death and then share that on these message boards, other than that you either grow up and do what's right and accept the consequences of individual responsibility or you do not, it is that simple, no one here can do that for you!
