Interesting thanks for the info.

 I remain open minded on the common law/freeman approach as some very valid points are raised however I do think if used a great understanding is needed of the complexity's & pitfalls to stand any chance or you will def get burned.

some interesting points raised in vid regarding business owner having complied by law  by carrying out  full mask risk assessment of the premises & threat to staff in not wearing a mask & stating no factual conclusive evidence he found in its benefit so he deemed it no risk.
