This basically means he goes to the Dr and the doc attempts to get informed consent to administer the jab, novak says no, although he would say he is feeling "coerced" to have it in order to play tennis is Australia. The doc agrees that this therfore is not informed consent and thus issues a "clinical" exemption as he cannot get informed consent due to the coercion at play to make him have it. This is different to medical exemptions. The media/government are very clever to only use the word medical exemption. I hope this makes sense. This approach has worked here in the uk as I have heard from a few who have been to their doc and had similar conversations. The clinical exemption is granted as the doc cannot obtain informed consent, thus lack of informed consent is a clinical reason to issue an exemption. Confusing, yes. He dosent no my landline but has given mobile details which if they phone will not get a signal to contact me. Tried reading through pages on line but they seem vague at best. I'm not doing tests and have no symptoms. He is saying we need to self isolate which I'm not going to do (I swear he is getting us back for not buying into covid). All windows have to be open & they're not allowed to wear coats or gloves in the classroom. It's been 2° today, around -2° with the wind chill.
