Yeah I know how that feels and it can be hard to find a solution. Mine was to fuck 99% of the people in my life right off to work and spend my time with wild animals instead but it's not for everyone 

 

On a more serious note I believe periods of prolonged stress were the cause of a very serious illness I had over a decade ago so maybe it's time to be a bit more 'selfish' and get yourself feeling better but I know it's not always easy.

i was unfortunately over at altnagelvin hospital recently numerous times and it was as quiet as a mouse. we kept getting our bearings lost on our way out and wandered over to all the different areas of the hospital daily/nightly (it's poorly sign posted) and the nurses/doctors/carers etc were NOT busy. they were sitting about chatting doing sweet FA. it was basically silence all through the building. the corridors were empty. beds were not full.
