A lot of the old ladies love me and we have a good chinwag. One of them yesterday then brought up COVID. And the jab. She said she's had 2 Astra's and one Psizer because it works better. She then told me she was up all night with sweats. And then she was fine. Then she said everyone reacts differently. THEN she asks have I had my booster? It's just unbelievably disappointing. Then she says go and get it booked up don't leave it because of the Omicron. It's actually really sad because I actually quite enjoy talking to some of these people and then they encourage me to take a vax that hasn't been tested. It just goes to show the majority of people's mental ability is that of an infant's probably worse because infant's are usually wiser than adults anyway to be honest. Another moment was on the weekend with a relative "Jill's had her booster jab, 3 days later she got the omnicron" and then didn't even think anything is wrong with that? Just started yacking on about some other shite. I said "how did the jab go then? And I got ignored. Masked zombies (staff) walking about with temperature-taking laser guns and asking “Does anyone here need a covid jab?” Sanitising as they go, every couple of minutes, even though they haven’t touched anyone or anything. Other patients all appeared to have "covid related" appointments, tests, jabs, boosters. It was like a scene from Zombie Apocalypse, you could almost taste the fear in the eyes of the staff and patients. Especially when they saw us two unmasked. The unclean ones. Into the appointment. Nurse unmasked when she realised my father couldn't hear her. Only thing to report here were the posters I noticed on the wall of the treatment room. Full of posters advising what to do in case of anaphylactic reaction or other adverse reaction to vaccines, what to do in case of stroke or heart attack. This did strike me as kind of odd that given that the official line is that these injections are “Safe and effective.” Welcome to the health service in 2021.
