It's time to punish Britain's five million vaccine refuseniks: They put us all at risk of more restrictions, says ANDREW NEIL. So why shouldn't we curb some of their freedoms?

ANDREW NEIL: There are still 5 million unvaccinated British adults, who through fear, ignorance, or sheer stupidity refuse the jab. In doing so they endanger not just themselves but the rest of us.

Andrew Neil is yet another media dullard gradually removing the skin from his knuckles with every step.

Should the man ever have a thought it would be very lonely.

If the poisonous clot shots are effective, as pseudo intellectual Neil claims they are, why should it matter if I take one too?

In Neil's case I suspect an  alarming number of prions have already crossed the blood brain barrier.

Does anyone know if prions can survive in a vacuum?

I didn't fly until I was 52...I was always afraid of it but eventually, my wife talked me into it.

One week after take off I had a heart attack. It was a myocardial infarction, a coronary thrombosis in the old money.  Felt like an elephant sitting on my chest. I was in intensive care 3 days and hospital for two weeks, all in a strange country.

The English speaking cardiologist at the hospital told me that when a plane takes off the blood is swirled around much like as the liquid in the old slush puppy machines and any old plaque or tiny clots pulled off the arteries  swirls with it,  then, like a snow globe, it slowly settles over a few days or so and sometimes, as in my case, a lump settles somewhere near or on the heart and blocks blood flow. That was his theory, not mine.

I think maybe this is could be why vaxed pilots are dying at such an alarming rate as they are doing it daily but before their jab they didn't have clots floating about in their bloodstream!

Also the young fit sportsmen and women keeling over are regularly pushing their heart rates up very high (and subsequently their blood flow)..........all food for thought.

What the doctor says makes alot of sense, as there is alot of forces applied to the body while flying.

That's why compression stockings are recommended when flying, especially long-haul. I was once refused boarding on an internal flight in Japan because I had my arm in a cast, having fractured it a couple of days earlier. I was told that the cabin pressure could cause the injury to swell and the fracture to open up further.

I assume that is aimed at me.

It is impossible to state with absolute certainty why the CPS decided to drop the case. Though I have a fairly good idea why. Clearly the police got it wrong and it was a case that the Crown was destined to lose.

The original restriction were implemented under the The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Steps) (England) Regulations 2021. Now repealed.

The regulations provided an exemption in certain cases:

Permitted organised gatherings

5.—(1) A gathering is a permitted organised gathering for the purposes of these Regulations if paragraph (2) or (3) applies.

(2) This paragraph applies to a gathering if it takes place on or at premises, other than a private dwelling, which are—

(a)operated by a business, a charitable, benevolent or philanthropic institution or a public body, or

(b)part of premises used for the operation of a business, a charitable, benevolent or philanthropic institution or a public body.

(3) This paragraph applies to a gathering if it takes place in a public outdoor place not falling within paragraph (2) and—

(a)the gathering has been organised by a business, a charitable, benevolent or philanthropic institution, a public body or a political body, and

(b)the gathering organiser or manager takes the required precautions in relation to the gathering.

If you read Schedule 1 pertaining to restricted gatherings you will note that her gathering did not fall within the restricted gathering language. See Part I 3(3) - 3(6).

The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Steps) (England) Regulations 2021 (legislation.gov.uk)

The Daily Mail article hints at the same thing.

Plus the Daily Mail article refers to her costs being paid. "Ms Dyer was also issued with a defence cost order which means her legal fees will now be paid by the Government."

So I would assume that she had legal representation. In which case her lawyers would have politely pointed this out to the CPS.

The decision to drop the case where the police have misused their power and not acted in accordance with the law would be one within the public interest.

No mystery!

Or none of that horse shit is enforceable.

which I agree theoretically but the qualified lawyer seems to think the law doesn't exist at this point that it's a fantasy to even think it will work....in a sense I do agree to that as well.

What with dire news coming from left right and centre....like Assange case which suggests that the Human Rights Act is no longer working....I think we need to wake up the fact that it is absurd to think NPC will suddenly wake up to help us.... I'm sure nudget unit/77/13 must be entertained by 'nutters' reading the thread and laughing.

Sorry, out of reactions again, but I appreciate your acknowledgement. I'm starting to save all important articles as PDF's now as we'll have no warning if the government ever decide to unplug the internet.

What I also do is to enter the URL in archive.org so that there are many copies.

They probably find it amusing that they have friends here who try and convince us daily we have no recourse and cannot remove our consent, but we do and can certainly doesn't amuse them.

"Two vaccine doses don't stop you getting serious Omicron / CV issues but getting the additional booster WILL"

Society's reluctance to get the booster ...................... thus the above. What a bunch of pathetic amateur manipulators !
