WTF ???.......THERE IS NO COVID !!!..FLU AND PNEUMONIA ARE REAL VIRUS,S..WHO THE FUCK "BELIEVES THE SCIENCE" ANY MORE..ITS BEEN HIJACKED!

I did say IF (a very important word) - so in their terms (sheeple science), it could be a spontaneous mutation in more than one location. Pneumonia is bacteria or fungus. I've never had flu so I don't know what that is (or if it is). CV in 2021 is the jab.

But didn't the South Africans say that it was a lot weaker and just gave symptoms of a bad cold - so making it sound like a "normal/natural" mutation, not a leaky vaccine version. If it exists, it sounds like the one everyone needs to catch for natural immunity

Yeah the SA said it was weaker...like how most viruses get when they mutate.

I didn't mean for my comment to be implied I was equating this new scarient being caused/driven by the jab, specifically. It was merely my musing like the masks/hand sanitizing etc could increase virilize of normal coronaviruses...🙂

Some governments have statutory compensation schemes which will pay out damages. But, as you say, it comes out of the public purse.

on this point

common law provides a remedy for injury

if the statutory comp scheme has a limit of 500,000 but the damages over a lifetime will equal 3,000,000

whos paying the 2,500,000?

its not right that the injured people pay out of there pockets (but they do because they get fobbed off and are ignorant of the law)

I watched a very good video yesterday on Youtube by Rylan Media with over 10K likes which has

been taken down today, interviewing Melissa Ciummei, a Northern Irish investor and researcher.

"These are not vaccine passports. They’re data passports. They’re participation passports. There’s no medical reasons behind these. If I had come to you two years ago and said ‘Here’s what the government want to do. They want to give everybody a chip. They want to put all your medical data and all your financial data onto that chip, that will be your complete ID, and they can control you, or shut you out of society from that.’

Ideally they want to put a quantum tattoo so they can remotely medicate you. That sounds absolutely insane. That’s the road we are going down right now. This is about a financial reset because the fiat currency has failed like everyone has before, and in order to keep the game going they need a new financial system. This is why everybody, no exceptions, has to get one of these passports. This is why there’s this drive to get absolutely everyone vaccinated. It’s for the new system.

Re-uploaded by someone else.

@Macnamara Internet of things, AI, tech, tranhumanism are covered, much of which you have been talking

about for years.

Here's one I haven't seen before - fresh!

The state of it

Father-of-eight James Grayson is in a coma after falling critically ill with coronavirus in October. His daughter Ebonnie tells Sky News her family are "absolutely heartbroken" after scans showed his lungs are continuing to deteriorate.

The daughter of a 41-year-old man who is fighting for his life after contracting COVID fears her father knows he is "trapped in his own body" - and doctors have warned the family to prepare for the worst.

Father-of-eight James Grayson is in a coma and on life support after falling critically ill with coronavirus in October.

Ms Grayson, 21, said the complications her father has faced since catching the virus - including suffering a stroke and a collapsed lung - have "taken their toll on his body"

"He's literally only alive now because of the machines he's on. If he wasn't on them, he'd be dead."

Mr Grayson, from Frimley in Surrey, thought he was suffering from flu when he suddenly collapsed at home on 19 October, his daughter said.

A day later, after his condition deteriorated rapidly, he was placed in an induced coma and put on life support.

Mr Grayson, whose youngest child is just nine, had no underlying health conditions and had received one dose of the COVID vaccine before he fell ill with the virus, his daughter said.

While in hospital, he suffered a stroke and he has faced other complications including a collapsed lung, sepsis, blood clots and pneumonia, she added.

The arm spear did it for sure.

so anybody get the sinister nhs email, they were  suspiciously quick to produce a new test :-

Get Your Omicron PCR today to avoid restrictions

NHS scientists have warned that the new Covid variant Omicron spreads rapidly, can be transmitted between fully vaccinated people, and makes jabs less effective. However, as the new covid variant (Omicron)has quickly become apparent, we have had to make new test kits as the new variant appears dormant in the original test kits.

What happen if you decline a COVID-19 Omicron test?

In this situation, we warned that testing is in the best interests of themselves, friends, and family. People who do not consent or cannot agree to a COVID-19 test and refuse to undergo a swab must be isolated.

How do order Omicron PCR test?

You can order your Omicorn pcr test via NHS portal by clicking the link below:

https://nhs-order-pcr/COVID-10-omicron-research/

What happen if you are positive?

If positive, they must isolate for 10 days and should be reported to Public Health England.

Wait... When was this Unicorn found? How hard retard one's have to be to take these tests... God help at this point it's getting ridiculous. 😩

Looks like Germany is heading for lockdown, with football games to be played with no fans.

I genuinely can’t understand how people can still stomach all of this, even those who believe the mainstream narrative.

Surely taking a bit of risk and living is far better than living in lockdown?

They calling it a omnicron pcr test, but I don't think the PCR test is capable of testing for different variants on its own. Unless they produced a different one and they could have never produced a different test so quickly.

According to the Egg Head Health Minister the PCR tests can tell if a person is infected with

the Delta or Omnicron variant. I think he's lying.

PCR test can tell if your Covid is Omicron

"The Omicron Variant has 'S Gene Dropout' which Delta does not - a PCR test can detect that, letting people know if their Covid is Delta or Omicron"

whos paying the 2,500,000?

its not right that the injured people pay out of there pockets (but they do because they get fobbed off and are ignorant of the law)

It depends on the statute.

But in almost every case if the statute has a cap on liability, that's it. No one will be paying the 2.5 million.

Statute prevails over and displaces common law.

But there may be a loophole if the legislative draftsman has erred. Or the the statute may not be intended to oust the common law jurisdiction.

History:

Common law is essentially judge made law. It developed through the centuries via precedent. That is, once a court had pronounced a decision then the nature of the ruling would be followed by subsequent courts.

By way of example, the first (or one of the very first) common laws developed was contract law. The first courts developed the principles that for a contract there needs to be:

1. Intention to be legally bound.

2. An offer.

3. Acceptance of that offer.

4. Consideration for the promise. i.e., you offer me $500 for my car and I offer my car for your $500. Quid pro quo.

However, once parliament developed, this body took on law making powers. To reflect the will of the people.

Apparently!

This law making power extended to replacing judge made, or common law. As I said, Statute prevails over common law.

Statute and Common Law (Final).pdf (uq.edu.au)

To use my contract example above, there was a doctrine in contract law called privity of contract. That is only parties who had provided consideration could benefit from the contract.

That rule was displaced by the Contract Rights of Third Parties Act (or something like that). Now if a party is named in the contract, as benefitting from the contract, they can sue to enforce its terms notwithstanding they had not provided consideration for the promise.

Common law still applies where it has not been displaced by statute.

And where ambiguous, statutes will be interpreted according to common law principles.

So there is still some overlap.

But if a statute clearly indicates that it replaces common law then the common law is gone.

The suggestion that you can stand up in court and exercise your common law jurisdiction to oust the statutory jurisdiction of the court is witchcraft.

I have looked at many of these types of arguments over the years. Because I want them to be true. Unfortunately they are all based on some fundamental misunderstanding of the law.

But I am open to evidence and would love to be proved wrong.

That is not to say we shouldn't be vigorously saying we do not consent. We should. I am just saying don't be disappointed when a court doesn't find that argument particularly compelling.

I, for one, am not going to consent.

The PCR test can not detect that, the PCR test can only detect that which it was programmed to amplify a specific set of genes and if found they claim it is a positive. (if we accept that)

They can't detect whether it was one strain or another, unless they knew before hand what to look for. So would either need the omnicron sequence before the PCR was produced or produce it after was known.
