No your over egging the pudding, just get a table and hammer, put one hand on table then with the other smash that hand with the hammer, if you find yourself saying, FFFFUUUUCCCCKKKKIIIINNNN H E L L HHHUURRTTSS, you have just detected reality.

I think David might have a point you know. He says that YOU are not your job, meat suit etc....because this is only perceived by the small window of frequency (i.e. 5 senses) and there are a whole lot more right here. Now I know you'd agree till this point. Anyway, we go by the oneness theory, we are all connected etc....just like white light contains all the colour and split into rainbow colour if a prism is used. We are like this. So when you think of four elements (air, water, earth, fire), they are one of the same thing but split into four as the energy comes down to our 3D world. Fire exists in aether....as plasma...so this is where the alchemy comes in. Water can be liquid, solid like ice or vapour (air) and that depends on where the energy resides....

I know family is important but don't get too hang up about it. We need to be free.

Many of the times, because of family members that you'll come back to this earth. Each to their own of course.

I'm letting to. They've got their own karma, learning to do and trust that they will have to learn in their own time. In the meanwhile, I am busy and need to chug along.
