Ah, but one has to understand what standing is, please see this excellent presentation to call out a judge over jurisdiction over you:

This is what they don't want you to know, of this is done right, I'm confident this is a thing. To those that are scoffing, I think the more people understand what the unalienable rights are the better. This is not horse shit, it's legitimate law when used in the correct manner.

Anyone is free to give it a try stop paying all tax, including road tax take a camera to court and film it "lawfully" and post the results here "lawfully" should be entertaining

common law Malcolm on the markwindows show is very true to life from my experience of it all

Sorry, but what's council tax got to do with this? I've never mentioned council tax and I'm really referring to mandates and people's fears of being forced to do something they don't want to do. I've provided the definition of a mandate and person according to Black's law dictionary but somehow you're turning my posts into not paying council tax which I've never mentioned.

As I say, believe what you want, but we have unalienable rights that neither they nor any mother fucker can take away from us, no matter what bull shit they pass. So, what are you in conflict with on my posts, bearing in mind I've never mentioned council tax once? 👍

Aldi is in many countries and we know how this goes, ''do our part'' bla bla, look at how BLM got support across the globe. This isn't just ''Australia''. It will be Aldi's elsewhere just as much.

Aldi should have added, employees who:

shag and wank off in the toilets

pick their noses

Bum in their dinner hour

scratch their arses

have nits

have crabs

have chlamydia etc. etc. etc.

Are just fine to sell our food to us.

Sorry to confuse. I am referring to how crazy it is for the un-needled to be considered unclean when there are so many ways people can be covertly unclean but work everywhere. It is just so ridiculous to think we are a health hazard like we are riddled with covid when we are really healthy. Hope this goes some way to lessen the confusion I've caused.

If they lock us down I'm gonna be pissed

I am going to super pissed, I have things booked and I am sure millions of people do as well. Locking down is the most fucking retarded thing I have ever seen in my entire life and I am not exaggerating.

Who are they protecting with a lockdown? the vaccinated are already protected (95% protect apparently with their 53% mask protection as well) and the unvaccinated well they made their choice and willing to put up with. OId people? ha, when they are not killing them off, they expect us to believe they locking down for their benefit?

No I don't stand under you! 😉

I see what you're saying though, but it's not what I'm aiming at, I'm just pointing at the mandatory aspect and it's reliance on a censuses between each party.

No consent by the living being cannot therefore be enforced by a corporate entity which the government is. I see what you're saying about council tax and I suppose this is the legal/lawful argument again. Is it legal, yes, is it lawful? No. A bit like taxing your wages. Is it legal? Yes. But is it lawful, no.

The video I posted, forgetting the subtext, is about standing and jurisdiction. As the video states, it's challenging the jurisdiction before even answering a charge. I thought it was interesting, but I see what you're getting at.

Just to elaborate on the post above, my understanding is there is a difference between what is legal and what is lawful. Legal, is corporate/statute law. Lawful is common law. Three principles of common law, do no harm, cause no injury and cause no death. Therefore, legality is not the same as lawful. Therefore if a statute or law infringes on your common law rights, then in fact it is not applicable to a human being as it infringes on those rights. I.e. coronavirus act 2020 as it restricts your God given rights to freedom of movement, freedom of living. That's why there has been little success from the CPS to prosecute people as it's unlawful. 👍

I didn't know you've been talking about law..... Just came into to the forum not knowing and posted below. SNAP!

719 years ago yesterday, the pope took everything from people. We must get a grips of this in order to reclaim our God given rights! Sooner we understand this, we are closer to ending the scams.

This video explains exactly the difference between Lawful and Legal. Good video.

I got this bit after watching the video. It's really the first starting point. Once you know the difference of lawful vs legal,  you can go on to disregard the 10-yearly census, tv license, mortgage, tax, council tax etc.... You haven't signed the contract = you haven't consented.

Thus, if you are a slave, you've only got yourself to blame because you chose to be a slave.

i think these ideas are "morally" right and i agree with them

i have also witnessed so many people fail when going down this road because the system doesn't allow many of these arguments to even be herd in their courts although it can delay things and lead to cries of abandoned ship! if the judge runs away

i agree that we all have natural rights we were all born with and no fucker should be able to take them away

but unfortunately the corrupt do take them away from those who don't have the numbers to fight back and enforce their beliefs

whoever controls the most numbers controls what is right and what is wrong rather than using the correct words in court

its kind of like a catch 22 enough people are required to make up the numbers to ENFORCE whatever they believe to be true the common law chaps say the can arrest people once 100 people have signed a document and the barons

can send for the arrest of judges

when the judges start getting arrested by the common law knights and barons ill have more faith in the movement

governments do not believe in natural rights they believe in statute and privileges they hand down as rights

im sorry if i am coming across negative or defeatist about this that's not my intention

i'm very cautious where i place my trust 🙂
