It doesn't surprise me at all that Rantzen wants the unvaccinated elderly people to die (probably alone) at home. She and Savile were close. Initially, she tried to protect his reputation when the truth was finally revealed. And it has never sat well with me that she was involved with Childline, asking children to report sexual abuse, possibly those in care homes abused by powerful politicians. The Plenary of the Constitutional Court has resolved the following:
POSITIVE SIDE
"In view of all the above, the Constitutional Court, by the authority that
contains the Constitution of the Spanish Nation,
Has decided
1 ° To partially estimate the present appeal of unconstitutionality and, by virtue of it,
declare unconstitutional and null the following precepts or paragraphs of precepts:
A) Of Royal Decree 926/2020, of October 25, by which the Government declared the
state of alarm to contain the spread of infections caused by SARS-Cov-2:
a) Sections 2 and 3 of art. 2.
b) Section 2 of art. 5.
c) The "corresponding delegated" subsection of section 2 of art. 6.
d) Section 2 of art. 7
e) The subsection "corresponding delegate" of art. 8.
1) Sections 1 (except the initial paragraph of its second paragraph) and 2 (except its paragraph
first) of art. 9.
g) Art. 10.
h) Art. eleven.
B) From the Agreement of the Plenary of the Congress of Deputies of October 29, 2020,
authorizing the extension of the state of alama declared by Royal Decree 926/2020,
October 25:
a) The second section.

b) The fourth section, as soon as it gave new wording to arts. 9 (except as regards
to the first paragraph of its second paragraph), 10 and 14 of Royal Decree 926/2020. Regarding the two
first paragraphs of this last precept, the declaration of unconstitutionality affects
exclusively to the subsections "every two months" (first paragraph) and "monthly"

C) Royal Decree 956/2020, of November 3, by which it was extended, by virtue of
of the previous Parliamentary Agreement, the state of alarm declared by Royal Decree 926/2020,

2 ° Dismiss the appeal of unconstitutionality in everything else ".
The sentence, of which the magistrate Antonio Narváez has been rapporteur, explains
that what deserves constitutional censure is not the duration of the extension, by itself and without
more, but the unreasonable or unfounded character, considering the Agreement adopted by the Parliament
as a whole, of the decision by which such term was fixed. Therefore, the temporary determination
of that six-month extension was carried out in a way that was entirely inconsistent with the
constitutional that is proper to the act of authorization and without any coherence, even, with the
reasons that the Government asserted to urge the extension finally granted. Besides, the

I speak basic Spanish, but not legal Spanish.

 

Spain endured one of the most harsh lockdowns in 2020, not being allowed outside your home to go for a walk! Hundreds of thousands of Spaniards and foreign nationals were fined for doing so.

 

I'm not sure, but the text may be about how the Spanish Supreme Court ruled these actions were against the Spanish Constitution and in effect illegal. Everyone now has the right to have those fines refunded. The court was also against vaccine passports.

 

So, thank God, Spain where I live can never have those draconian measures imposed on them again.
