OH MY GOD. I just saw some of the BBC 6pm news because my wife was watching.

They had a graphic showing the 5 tier lockdown system for scotland.

IT STARTED AT TIER 0 !!!! - no groups more than eight etc.

WTF!

So there's no going back ever.

I will try and get a screen shot somehow but i'm not registering on the BBC website for it.

Yes, WTF! The near normal Level 0 remains until there is a vaccine.  I suppose when they invent Level 5, that will be when they drop a bucket of sunshine to flatten the curve.

Just watched this and can't believe how patronising that Sarah Jarvis was.

Could this actually be the Government's "Gordon Brown -Gillian Duffy" moment and the start of the tide turning?

Really hope so.

What a patronising bitch that Sarah is!! Have you noticed how all the TV pundits and MP's seem to really get off on spouting the same old nonsense. This whole "pandemic" thing is a wet dream to them. I'm sure they go home and have a good wank afterwards or immediately the cameras are off (usually haha).

Hearing that the cops are policing the Welsh border and chasing people not conforming to the Covidian cult makes me chuckle. Most of these guys grew up wanting to be Serpico, now they're more like Gok Wan running around stopping people buying hideous supermarket clothes.

83 year old Maureen from Barnsley has been on Good Morning Britain today with her husband speaking her truth again along with plain common sense.

She eclipses the nauseating and patronising Dr Sarah Jarvis who has clearly been wheeled in as the so-called "expert" to shut her down and who has quite some nerve to say that this has been the worst pandemic in 101 years.

I don't like to say it, but to be honest I found it embarrassing to watch.  I agree with all she says, but they have clearly put her on the TV as a stereotypical uncouth "Northern woman" that they can laugh at and condescend to.  "I know you said you don't want to be Prime Minister, but there's a lot of people calling you to become Prime Minister".

Just watch it: they are laughing at her.  The fact she is right makes no difference.  It's perception that rules.

Why do you think they're on a video link rather than in the studio?  It's all carefully contrived and rigged.  The people who do this are clever.

The controlled perception here is:

Uncouth Northern woman and her Yorkshire husband who looks like he asks for scraps with his bag of chips and interrupts once or twice to say, "Can I say something to yer now?"

versus...

Calm middle-class well-spoken women from west London who buy prosecco from Marks [Marx?] & Sparks, took degrees (or look the types) and sound like they know what they are talking about

This is unfair because the Northern woman had the better points and - arguably - is the more intelligent, but I repeat: perception rules.

Maybe, as you suggest, it will backfire and people will rebel against it (similar to Brexit), but they present things this way for a reason.

We should call them the Fashion Police.  Perhaps this is Mark Drakeford's real agenda? He is offended by the rather gauche couture on offer at the likes of Tesco and is - finally- taking a stand in the name of taste and sophistication.  I've always thought he has good dress sense.

Is it possible that the essentials only supermarket ploy in wales is to start another toilet roll fiasco but not limited to toilet roll this time round?

It is an implied threat of rationing! to the remainder of the UK and a current real threat to those who have to endure crap in wales.

People will respond before it happens to them.

Each move government is making is to cultivate fear making people easier to steer and herd!

Directing our minds to the immediate & away from them.

Busy dealing with crap and survival rather than comprehending a strategy.

Perhaps if the super markets did not exist then the high street would be more popular! as would local supply chains.

Child Identification

Over one million (1,000,000) children are reported missing or kidnapped each year in the United States alone according to some statistics. Stepping in to assist in this enormous problem has been the fraternity of Freemasons with their CHIP - Child Identification - Programs.

It's a unique concept: Masons - at no cost or obligation to the families involved - will provide a CD with film footage of the child, fingerprints, teeth impressions, and - in some cases - a DNA swab to the parents or guardian of a child so as to aid in their identification should some tragedy (abduction, accident, or whatever) befall the child.

Many grand jurisdictions throughout the world are now implementing such programs in the hopes that the location of a missing child might be more readily found.

There are several US states and Canadian provinces which participate and several have their own websites to announce upcoming program dates and locations. The Massachusetts ChIP Program is one such example.

The cost of such programs are - clearly - high, both in terms of materials and personnel donated time. Having people available to perform the technical tasks (obtaining good fingerprints on a two year old isn't the easiest job in the world {grin}) as well as simple logistics (setting up tables, directing parents to the next 'station', keeping children from becoming bored with the wait which sometimes occurs) is extensive and exhaustive yet Freemasons give freely of both time and money for this wonderful charity.

If your child (or grandchild) hasn't taken part in such a program, contact the Grand Lodge in your state/province to see if they offer one. (A list can be found on our site here.)

Seeing the effectiveness of such a program, the Lions clubs in some states are also offering such services and we commend them for their efforts to help keep children safe. It's an example of a great idea that can really help!

That made me cry a little. So lovely.

They better not sack him. Can anyone translate what he say to camera?

OMgoodness  I had tears in my eyes too.

What a brave man, he was doing his best to make people actually see what is going on. The psychopaths haven't got any love, empathy or compassion in their hearts they have no understanding of it, they are evil, and they underestimate us, we can be pushed so much, we are human beings and we thrive on socialising, human contact, laughter, being with one another, cuddles, hugging, thats what we are all about, thats what they fear.

So a huge thumbs up to that lovely man.
