It really is Orwellian, down to a T, how the PTB flip-flop on a whim. They obviously don't want children leaving their brainwashing centres, so, when there was no vaccine, they tried damn hard not to shut schools. Listen sheeple, 'Children don't really spread it' was the message.

 

Now that they have a vaccine, though, it seems that Bart or Lisa are suddenly a danger to the health of the general public.
